We are talking 7 AM garbage pick ups and HOA neighborhoods where you were not allowed to leave your trash out overnight. NCD sent out a coupon to try them out. They have been absolutely fantastic. They are very responsive, are happy to send a truck back out on occasion if you missed pickup, don't charge you for every bag that doesn't fit in the can, and are very polite and helpful on the phone. We even had a driver knock on our door because he noticed our can wasn't out and wanted to make sure we didn't miss pickup. We cannot recommend NCD highly enough!

On [06062024], instead of emptying my trashcan as they were supposed to, the employees threw away my entire trashcan! I have a videotape that clearly shows this unacceptable behavior. This is not only an inconvenience but also an unnecessary expense for me. I expect better service and accountability from a company that is supposed to handle waste disposal professionally. I hope they take immediate action to rectify this situation. Keep in mind that if you get business from this company, they can easily take your trashcan and say it's cracked and toss it with no proof; no evidence; no rights. They will take your crap and throw it away.

They let me know about the additional charge for tv's. It was a 90 pound monster. They were very courteous and careful in moving the items out of my den. I was scheduled for 1:00 pm and called midmorning if they could come earlier as I had an appointment at 2 pm. The called and said they would come about noon, and they did come at noon I would recommend this company to anyone that needs to discard large items.
