The person taking my order was pleasant. The restaurant was pretty clean. The restrooms were clean as well. I appreciate that they have a refillable soft drink station. But at the end of the day I came here to eat and not to drink soda and admire their cleanliness. I wanted pizza. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, two soft drinks and an order of Buffalo wings (6pc) Total came up to almost $40!!!! The wings were tiny...and soggy. The pizza was not hot. It was dry. So dry that my husband had to ask for extra pizza sauce on the side.... Which by the way came in a pre served cup out of their drink fridge. So that tells me that they know their pizza is dry and that people are going to ask for extra sauce.... But why out of the fridge? Why not serve it warm? Anyway, that also didn't help so we dipped it in ranch... That still didn't help. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. You should reconsider your prices and the quality of your food. P.S. after eating here, I checked out the reviews. Apparently I should be expecting diarrhea soon. Can't wait. read more

They have incompetent workers. I walk in to pick up my pizza, I give the name to the guy at the counter. I see there is a pizza sitting on the shelf by the kitchen. He brings me back plates and cheese and pepper packs then he goes back in the kitchen . I wait and I wait. 2 other people come in and pick up their order. There is a girl now working the counter and never asked me the name I'm waiting for. Then finally the guy comes out of the kitchen and sees I'm still waiting. He goes over and gets the pizza that was already on the counter when I walked in and brings it to me. I say it's been sitting there for more than 10 minutes. He says I was in the kitchen. I'm like duh no kidding. So who knows how long it sat there before I got there and it sat there 13 minutes after I walked in the door and told him the name. Hi foodie here & our dinner was just Delicious! I was hesitant Because of the reviews but there is actually nothing I would change it was just what we're looking for. We moved here a year ago from the bay and have yet to find a spot that has gluten-free crust and we tried it here today, and safe to say we finally have our go to pizza spot here. I'm really surprised It had such bad reviews because even the staff was super friendly, the manager even helped me out and just the whole place was really clean. there's was only one family that was seated there but I'm looking forward to bringing the kids and playing a few of the games next time. read more

Don't do their lunch buffet at this location. They only have 2-4 pizza trays max at one time and chances are you'll be stuck eating only cheese and pepperoni pizza. A few families and my family included came in to dine and I asked if they were going to have more pizza choices because they only had like 1.5 pizza tray worth under their heat lamp. Front lady assured they make fresh ones as people come in so you won't get stuck with dry hard pizza. Well, 1 round with fambam and their old pizza that was available ran out. They replenish with 3-4 more pizza and that was it for the remaining lunch buffet. Guess what variety was left uneaten? Cheese and pepperoni. We had two solo guys come in around 1pm. All they got to eat was cheese or pepperoni pizza. No other choices. Other customers had to wait like 5-10mins to be serviced at the register because the front desk lady would go into the back and never come back out. btw, they don't take suggestions or request for the buffet line. They also didn't restock their salad bar and items don't look fresh. I've ordered takeout and wasn't bad. I'll never do the buffet again at this location. $11.99/12.99?!?!? btw, restrooms are locked and requires pin#. If you have kids, they will probably pee and their pants because the workers stay in the backroom and don't stay in the register area. read more

So, this was my first time in. I normally go to another pizza place but decided to stop in to try it out. Upon entering I noticed plenty of seating, large TV screens on the walls and a video game area for the kiddies. Beer on draft included (Budweiser, Bud Light, Corona, 805, Blue Moon-Beligian White, Modelo & Coors Light). In the cooler was Heinekin, Taco Truck and 2-Liter Sodas (various) and in the fountain for non alcoholic beverages was Pepsi products. I also noticed they have bone in and bone out buffalo wings, a salad-bar, bread sticks, pizza (also gluten free pizza), mozzarella sticks and more. The best part was not knowing what I wanted and the cashier (in the photo) guiding me through seamlessly. He was very helpful! I appreciated his menu knowledge and his extensive customer service skills. I have literally been having the worst day ever and he completely turned that around with his kindness. I also noticed how he multi-tasked with the dining customers as well as dining room and walk-in customers. This was the best customer service I've received in a long time. Overall, I would absolutely return and suggest others to visit for the exceptional customer service. I believe his name was Brandon. Hopefully the food is as great as the service! My daughter had to have pizza. We barely missed the buffet. This is the newer location in Merced. The place is a lot nicer than the old one across town. It looked like there had just been a couple big kids bday parties wrapping up. The place looked beat and employees are pretty young. Seemed like they were barely keeping up and not to interested in working. I think the pizza iss decent but not worth thee money really. I think round table across town is a better option especially the buffet and salad bar. All in all the place was fairly clean restroom wasn't horrible pizza was decent. read more

After a seven day hike in the Yosemite Wilderness, I decided to indulge with a heavily laden pizza. The person I ordered from on the phone tried to sell me a combo, which was one or two toppings more than I wanted. I ended up forgetting to take one of them out, but that's on me. Fast service and delicious pizza are all that mattered. This is a big improvement over the last time I used this establishment five years ago. I look forward to coming back! read more

Now I love mt. Mike's pizza...its definately one of my favorites but this location is real skimpy with cheese and toppings. We always get sausage and there's 1 or two on a slice. Some areas on the pizza have bald spots from little cheese . I really hope they step up their game in this area because the pizza taste good. I love mountain Mike's pizza however I had an experience that lead to me typing a negative 2 star review on this particular location. I have increased my rating to 4 stars (before I had time to post the negative review) due to great service by an employee there. While writing my negative review (thumbs typing 100 wpm) the manager (I assume) called to make sure I'd received the items I ordered and complimentary garlic sticks. I informed him we received no garlic sticks and the wings were cold as if they had been sitting for a while. He assured me they were fresh and apologized for my experience. He also gave me a credit for the wings and garlic sticks on our next order. YAY to that guy, way to turn it around by following up because I was ready to go IN! Just left Mountain Mike at Yosemite location after waiting for 40 minutes for one pizza and a portion of wings. There was only one cashier and two people in the kitchen; the same person who was cooking was also running the food. Restaurant was about 40% capacity which means they should have at least another cashier or someone running the food. After almost 35 minutes, my wife and I saw another person coming to the floor (who seemed to be the "manager") walking very casually. After our food got cooked, it stayed another 10 minutes at the window getting dry under the hot lamps. From the floor, we could see inside the kitchen and it looked very dirty. Overall, we will never return to this place and never recommend it to anybody. read more

Came here on a moderately busy night, a Wednesday, there's only 3 people working and they are working hard! 2 working making pizza and 1 lady upfront taking orders pouring beer and delivering food. When they did there was no apology, just a rude drop off of our 5 lowest possible quality paper plates. Maybe stop playing grab ass and give the customer a little attention. I am really disappointed. I had a coupon for a large pizza meal when picked up (husband picked it up) and taken home to my surprise it was a medium pizza meal. Called to let them know about their mistake got offered a 25% off next meal. I need a large pizza to feed the whole family , so I order another pizza the guy on the phone said he had a large pizza for $10.99 but the medium pizza w/ "coupon" was more expensive. I think it was 15.99 or something. I told him to give me the large he charge my husband the 10.99$ plus tax which came out to 12$ something. This is a nice pizza place. The McKinley pizza is delicious. The wait time was normal and the atmosphere real nice. We were here Sunday at 330, and there were only two other families here.
