Pretty decent pizza. I didn't know they were a chain but for a chain not bad. I hate the nickel and doming if you for dressing etc.

Ordered delivery last night and was very pleased with the girl who took my order , the food and speedy delivery . We ordered a combination half with pineapple and substituted white sauce for the red. Pizza came just as ordered with lots of fresh toppings . The salad ordered was put together nicely with a variety of fresh veggies and ranch was good . Delivery was estimated at 45 min -hour and we were eating within 25 minutes ... was glad cause I was hungry! read more

A friend and myself went to Mountain Mike's on Yosemite Pkwy for the lunch buffet which was a big mistake. After getting our salads we noticed only one pizza out and cheese bread pizza and it was a very long time before more pizzas would come out. As we stayed in Mike's more people showed up also ordering lunch. The pizzas that did come out didn't stay out for long and people was waiting around til more pizza would come out. And to top it all off the pizzas were very small half the regular size that I have received before. I will never go back to this Mountain Mike's. read more

Worst service ever. The person taking my order took the completely wrong address. We waited over 2 hours!!! After multiple calls, the driver calls to tell us he'll have to take it back and remake it. I went there today for the first time with my younger brother and sister for the lunch buffet. It was very spacious, but the food lack. I had a few slices of pizza and after a few minutes when I finished my plate I wanted more pizza, but they ran out and I have to wait 10-15 minutes for more pizza.Duhh its lunch time and eventually more people came. Was traveling through and a lot of businesses were closed on a Sunday but they were open and the gentlemen we spoke to on the phone was nice and super chill and we decided to go there after finding out a lot of places closed early around those parts. Unfortunately when we got there the girl who was helping us wasn't in the best mood, she was very short, and didn't seem to be helpful. We tried our best to explain away her disposition, but it wasn't busy, she didn't seem stressed, so it was really unfortunate she chose to be in a bad mood and take it out on us. It was our first time so we asked two questions about the menu and got short, curt, answers with an exasperated look. She also messed up our order. I was told that they were boxing the pizza and would have it to me in 10-15 minutes. Since this place opened, we have been there twice. The first time we tried their lunch buffet and they kept the pizzas coming out. It was well worth it. I just went last Friday, my husband called in an order and we had a coupon. I left my house to pick up the pizzas and I forgot my coupon :/ I told the manager and he said he would still honor it. Dan, the supervisor, personally made our pizza. It was delivered fresh and on time. That was hands down the best pie I've ever had in Merced. If you want a great pizza Dan's the man. We just had the best pizza experience we've ever had, thank you to the team and Mountain Mike's on Yosemite parkway in merced! Mariah took our delivery order and was super cool and patient when I ordered the wrong combo pizza. We have a bell pepper allergy in the house and not only was it noted on the order ticket, but It was highlighted with a note to be sure to clean the blade before the pizza was cut. SUCH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Arrived before the quoted time, and the driver was also very nice and polite. Pizza was suppppper hot and delicious. When I called back and asked to speak with the manager, the girl who answered was, again, polite and very nice. The manager, Marissa, was just delightful to talk too and It was easy to tell (by the sound of her voice, and her praise for her team) that she is a great leader, of an incredible team of hard workers. Talk about disappointing especially when you are craving pizza. I order to gluten free pizzas with specific toppings and sauce, Yet when I received both pizzas both had no sauce and one was not gluten free . I call them to have this issue resolved and they said they would send to new pizzas out with exactly how I wanted and asked the 1st time. After waiting an hour for the 1st round of let down, Along came my pizzas but only to find out there was yet another issue. The new pizzas they had sent out we're both dry again with no sauce and I was completely baffled at this point. How could this happen when I talked to the same person twice? By this time it was already close to 9:30 p.m. So I didn't feel like calling and arguing again. The person making the pizzas apparently didn't listen to simple directions such as sauce and toppings.
