Every other coffee shop and restaurant in town serves decaf coffee but apparently it's a problem at this Starbucks.

Bear Paw Espresso is one of the former that I'm sorry isn't closer to home. It has all the usual coffee and non-coffee options. Both times it's been a great experience. It's a good spot for the kids, too, because they have several options for them, too; It's in an odd location, a gravel parking lot that I'm not sure is part of the park across the street, or the business nearby. It you were not looking for it, you might miss it. The employees are friendly, the service is quick, and the coffee is hot and tasty. Like many spots like this, there's a loyalty program -- no punch cards -- give them your phone number and you're sent a confirmation. If you're in Cody, take a short trip off the main street and enjoy a hot or cold concoction. It'll be worth it.

When I reached the window, the attendant asked if I had rewards. I wasn't sure, so I asked if I could try my phone number. She seemed annoyed and brushed it off with "I guess we can try," then quickly said it didn't work without offering to help me sign up. She also forgot my child's chocolate milk and had already started closing the window before I could say anything. We were delayed so long that we actually had to wait and eat our food after our event. I'm usually patient and understanding, but the lack of courtesy and attention to detail made this a frustrating visit.
