The manager, Bernie, is just an absolute legend in service. In just about any holiday, Hubert's sets up a tent outside the store with some amazing deals. Four of us came in from out of town to ride this weekend and one bike had an issue with the pedal and crank threads. This store was the only store who had the helicoil thread repair we needed in stock but they were too backed up in their service department to work on the bike same day. We asked instead if we could buy the part we needed and take it to another store who had capacity to fix it today. They refused to sell us the part. We even offered to buy the part and pay for an hour of labor without them needing to do the labor to compensate them for their time. They still refused and when they saw how disappointed we were they smiled and said have a nice day as we were leaving as if to say how happy they were that they would not help us get back on the mountain today. Btw, the woman we were talking to said she was the manager so this wasn't a case of just an ill advised employee but rather just bad management decision. Advice to the owner and management of this store: try harder. Customer service is important. You should care more about your customers. Needless to say, we won't be going back to this store. I would not advise that you do either. Unless bad customer service is what you are seeking.

Entering the store, numerous cross country and alpine skis are displayed along a wall. Same as professional climbing gear, crampons, ice picks, carabiners, and numerous other pieces of equipment. The next section is clothing for every type of outside activity, from skiing to professional climbing. Gloves that would be worn in a Himalayan expedition Besides consignment articles, Gear Again has numerous new sports oriented articles, from socks to gloves to hats.
