At the start of our appointment he was bragging about how he was working HVAC not too long ago. Not the most comforting thing to hear as surgery is being performed in your mouth. My damage was caused by a simple filling and my spouses by a root canal. We now have partial loss of taste, sensitivity to hot/cold temperatures, numbness, muscle weakness, and mild pain, all of which are most likely permanent and irreversible. Additionally each bill we have received has had errors on it, however the receptionist, Mercedes, was helpful in fixing them. I went for a cleaning and a check up. I had Crystal for my cleaning. She was patient and explained everything she was doing to me. She was also hilarious. I let her know of my anxiety and several times she told me to just stop her if I needed anything to make me more comfortable. (I didn't - her stories and corny jokes were enough.) I only met Dr. Becerra briefly, but he too was kind, thorough and took his time. Please note: make sure to plan for extra time here. They don't rush!
