She spoke like she was a police officer not a dentist treating someone in extreme pain. I left and she followed me to the door and told me she can give me a list of different practices. Live life forward but learn it backwards, as this type of behavior and communication won't get her far in her career. Plus she spoke with huge medical words and I had no idea what she was saying.
