My tooth still hurts and bleeds easily, and I'm in a every day pain and Im not able to eat for that side. I went couple weeks ago so they can check and correct the problem, and their response was that they wouldn't do anything because nothing looked wrong. They left me dealing with the pain and irritation; their only solution was to alter the neighboring tooth just to close the gap caused by the crown. In my view, it was completely unprofessional, and they made me feel like I didn't matter to them. Plus I pay out of pocket and they say sorry go somewhere else and fix it because the doctor that did my route canal no longer works there so no body is responsible, Im not rich and I have to deal with bad work in my mouth.

In doing that, he ended up breaking a perfectly good tooth now making it a 5 unit Bridge, Also infecting another tooth(requiring surgical treatment & extraction). Dr. B used horrible Labs w/cheap products. He knew it so he absorbed some cost yet I paid a couple grand. THIS HAPPENED: 1. Assistant dropped my Bridge on floor-it broke. 2. 2nd time, Dr. took my Bridge off tray & it broke in half in his hands. 3. 3rd time Dr. B installed it then it broke within days due to me eating. 4. A 3 Unit Bridge was needed/cemented in. I looked in mirror, saw a deep line/wedge from front to back. Error by the Lab, the staff & Dr. B. So, in having to drill/take off that Bridge, Dr. B broke tooth #12 5. Now I need a 5 unit Bridge! This was never done Due to the office saying Dr. B had retired. I believe I was charged for a Mouth Guard, never received it (he never finished the work) The staff knew I was upset due to the incompetence. An "office girl" ACTUALLY SAID to my face: "You can't expect your dental care for free!" I opened my mouth, showed her NO teeth, & said "what dental care? He is over 6 feet tall and weighs over 300 pounds, which can be intimidating. Basic communication and instructions at these appointments is done through charades, sound effects, and crossed fingers. To say my son requires more time and patience than a typical patient is an understatement. Enter Rachel, the dental assistant. She is AMAZING! She jumped right in there and rolled with whatever my son was responsive to. She "understood the assignment". You would think she definitely had to have experience with people like my son in the past. Rachel made us feel super comfortable and was a huge reason that my son's appointment was a success! Dr. Dinesh was our dentist. Dr. Dinesh was great at asking multiple questions about my son and discussing what my son would and wouldn't tolerate. He was extremely receptive and supportive of everything I had to say. Everything on the checklist of a dental exam was completed with no issues. I went in expecting normal dental care, including a routine cleaning, but the office refused to provide a regular cleaning and instead insisted that I needed a deep cleaning. I declined the deep cleaning because I was not comfortable proceeding with it at that time. As a patient and paying customer, I believe I should have a say in what treatment I agree to receive, especially when it comes to a more involved and potentially more expensive procedure. Rather than respecting my decision and discussing reasonable options with me, I felt pressured to agree to the deep cleaning. When I declined, I was met with an attitude that made an already uncomfortable situation even worse. I did not feel that my concerns or choices were being respected. What makes this experience even more concerning is that after the visit, I discovered that certain services or procedures appeared to be documented or billed as though they had been performed, even though, based on what actually happened during my appointment, I do not believe those services were done. Considering that very little was actually done during my visit, this raised serious concerns for me about the accuracy of the billing and records. I was also uncomfortable with the lack of communication about what was being done or considered during my appointment. Patients should be clearly informed beforehand about any procedure, why it is necessary, what alternatives are available, and what the cost may be. No patient should feel pressured into treatment they have declined or feel like they are being treated poorly simply for asking questions or making their own healthcare decisions. This was not just bad customer service. It was a serious lack of transparency, professionalism, communication, and respect for patient choice. I am now having to carefully review my records, billing, and insurance information because I do not feel confident that what was documented accurately reflects what occurred during my visit. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not return to this dental office. I strongly recommend that anyone who has been treated here review their itemized bill, dental records, and insurance Explanation of Benefits carefully and make sure they understand exactly what was performed and what was submitted for payment.
