He showed up as scheduled and very professional confirming the areas we wanted done, had company t-shirt on, and the job was done within about an hour and a half for stairs, hallway, and about 5 rooms. He was very polite and removed the pet stains to almost recoginizable considering it was me that let them sit for so long, I just was so busy I couldn't find a time to be home to get the carpet cleaned sooner. I was really impressed by this company! 1. They were flexible when we needed to reschedule just a couple of hours, even going out of their way to call another appointment that day and ask her if she wanted to switch with us. 2. They were FAST! We were quoted 2 hours and it was complete in less than one because they used two hoses, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. 3. They were a lot cheaper than the other quote I received (for the entire house including pet odor treatment, and the other quote was for just a few rooms) 4. The carpets look and smell awesome! Very happy with job Arapahoe Carpet Care did on my ivory stair runner which was in dire need of cleaning after a year of neglect. My long time cleaner didn't do such a hot job last year. Arapahoe got the steps cleaner than my former guys. Also cleaned a 10 x 12 bedroom area rug of of uncertain age. Everything was very clean and not too wet. Work done at mid-day and rugs dry by bedtime. All for a reasonable price. I'm switching to Arapahoe for future cleaning and recommend them. read more

My parents are elderly and I had Peter clean their carpets. They have an old Victorian home with old but good quality carpet. Peter was very generous to them. He cleaned the hall areas they hired him to clean and went above and beyond to clean the entrances to all of the bedrooms at no cost. He also cleaned the living, dining rooms, a couch, and a sitting chair on the main level. He was more than fair on the cost. The rooms, hallways, and furniture were all spotless when he was done and they didn't take long to dry. I'll be recommending him and hiring him myself whenever the need arises! read more

Drying time was advertised as 2-3 hours, but it turns out that was for a different process that he doesn't like to use. So, drying time was quoted to be 8-9 hours instead. Fine, we left all the windows opened and stayed out all day, but it was STILL SOAKING WET after 12 hours! Even 24 hours later there were still large wet spots throughout. Apparently, whatever his water extraction method is, sucks (no pun intended). Even after all that, the carpets didn't look much cleaner. What a disappointing experience. One star for picking up his phone, and another for showing up on time. read more

We have had a few other companies come out to clean our carpets over the years. Arapahoe Carpet Care is hands down the very best. Peter and Ben were very professional, quick and did a great job. We had pets stains, old carpet and high volume carpet areas. The rugs look incredible! Usually the carpets have a particular smell after cleaning that is not pleasant. However, their cleaning products smell incredible and the carpet isn't sticky at all. Peter went above and beyond and gave us some good advice. We are so grateful for his help. Beware that this company doesn't really clean your carpet or furniture. Had him clean couches upstairs and down. When dried, stains still all over couch and he also damaged my couches with his tools! Ripped piping material edging right off couch! Downstairs couch as soon as I touched them had dust flying all off of the cushions? How is this possible if just steamed cleaned? Texted me and said he would refund money and put in mail. Well guess what, nearly a week and still no refund! Good thing I put a stop payment on check! I don't see what everyone else saw...saw all the 5 stars and thought - Great - they will be wonderful...not so wonderful at all. Our appt was a 4 and they showed up about 410..no biggie but said they would likely be early because they were running ahead of schedule..they were very fast..less than an hour..too rushed like they didnt care..we asked about the stairs and said they could use some more help but he said they are just worn..my son said the stairs looked the same..not impressed.. should have used a pre treatment and at least tried to get the dirt out Others we have had tried to earn our business and put extra effort in the more soiled trafficked areas - these guys seemed just ready to get home - last one for the day - disappointed and will be calling the guys we planned on before we read yelp reviews read more
