From the very first visit, they impressed me with how friendly, open, and patient they were. They took the time to listen carefully and answer every single question -- even the ones I felt a little silly asking as a "lost" parent just trying to do what's right for my child. What stood out most was how they explained all the possible options and outcomes before every procedure. There was never any pressure, just honesty and clarity. Even after our orthodontic results came in, Dr. Saunders sat down with us to come up with a personalized game plan that worked best for our family, not just for the office. It's rare to find a dental office that combines professionalism with genuine care and kindness, but Saunders Family Dentistry absolutely does. Thank you for being so patient with us -- we're lucky to have found you!

I recently switched to this Dental Office and I couldn't be happier. Doctor Ryan and Doctor…read moreRichard, the Dentists, are great. The thing I most enjoyed about my visit with Doctor Ryan is how he wasn't pushy for me to get all this work done. He told me what my issues were and what would need to be done to fix it. He then worked hard to get it all done in one visit so I wouldn't have to reschedule for a return visit to finish the job, which with my work schedule would have been a hassle. I'm a believer in the fact that Dentist visits are important but should be quick, easy, and infrequent (obviously every six months but with no hassle in between). With last list of criteria I give Saunders Family Dental Five Stars. Looking for a good Dentist give them a call.

They do offer billing discounts if you can do middle of the day appointments, which is nice. I've never been able to use this since, like everyone else, I'm at work. If you come in toward the end of the day and it takes longer, you will get attitude. The end of the day appointments are for quick work and they DO NOT want to spend extra time on a patient at the end of the day. Procedures/upkeep: Like any other orthodontist expect to come in every six weeks or more frequently if you are having a series of procedures done. They have set times for certain procedures that they will not deviate from AT ALL. *Spoiler alert* all of these set times are at weird hours of the day, that you will have to miss work for. Scheduling: It's about the same as any other place, but it's made slightly worse by the fact that the orthodontist is out of more than one office so he's not there Monday through Friday. Orthodontist: He's actually a pretty chill guy. He's always been friendly and attentive to us. We don't get to spend a lot of time with him though because he sees so many patients. Like I had mentioned before getting an appointment with him is kind of hard because he's between other offices. Staff: Not great at all. The woman at the front desk is kind and saintly, everyone else is not great. I've had more than one staff member give unnecessary attitude, and even be rude to my child. When my child expressed concern for missing school for a procedure (because she actually likes school) the staff ROLLED HER EYES and told her to "deal with it." There is no need for this kind of unprofessionalism. Other times they have been unkind or rough on regular upkeep. My daughter had her gums ripped up in one procedure and the staff actually belittled my daughter telling her it was all her fault. More than once during that particular appointment she was ridiculed and made to feel bad. (Her gums had been inflamed due to THEIR EQUIPMENT not being seated right). Location: It's a clean building, right off 2700 so pretty accessible from the freeway. The waiting room is a little cramped and usually busy.

I was lied to about insurance they take (I was told they took my insurance then told last minute they didn't). I don't like the dentist; however, I went anyways and I was scammed. Their payment system for those who don't have insurance isn't worth it. It doesn't cover anything and they force you to have it for a whole year. If you want to go to this place for dental work go for it BUT be prepared to be lied to and told something else the next.

I saw Jonathan Greenhalgh and he was very pleasant, friendly, and down-to-earth. He told me all of my options and let me decide how to proceed rather than trying to force unwanted services on me. Unfortunately, I do need to go in for additional work, but with the way it was explained to me, I feel much better about having the procedure done. All the staff I encountered were very friendly, made sure I was comfortable, and made sure I didn't need anything. The building is undergoing some exterior renovations right now, but it's still very nice on the inside. I would definitely recommend this facility.
