If I had to guess based on the spirits I tasted I would have to say that they are a relatively new distillery with nothing aged 10 years yet. The younger spirits did taste hopeful. They had a lot of flavored moonshines which is all the rage at the moment. The blackberry was quite good. Service was really good. We were greeted promptly and had all of our questions answered. We saw the signs off Interstate 79 and just got lucky as we got there 1/2 before closing on Mother's Day Sunday! The owner let my wife feed the baby wild Turkey's while I was taste testing with his son. The facility was way cool and modern for being out in the middle of nowhere. Also note to mention this is an 11 mile ride off of interstate 79 thru farm land with narrow roads so if your use to city driving be careful. I'm not a Vodka drinker so I was down to tasting the Moonshine and whiskies. I'm not a Red Bull drinker so the cinnamon whiskey was out for me. The moonshine is truly amazing on what I imagined moonshine should taste like. One of the other things that made me wonder after I left was the bottles were pretty heavy duty which probably is why the prices were a bit steep. I would like to see something a little more gimmicky like a Watermelon, Peach, pineapple or mango moonshine in a 1/2 gallon mason jar or hill Billy Jug.
