He came out quickly, was extremely thorough while trying to keep cost low, and is familiar with biotoxin illness, which was super refreshing! He even recommended a few doctors I could see. I honestly have no idea how he found some of it, the main sewer drain for the house is behind a wall with about 6 inches of clearance and its 6 feet in so you cant get to it, you can barely see it, but he found the leak where the pipes connect.
