I've always have found that the place is well kept up and the employees are very nice. Nice to go there since they are not the Big Box stores. You walk in the door and you seem to be able to ask them anything. They find it for you. You can buy any qty it seems. For example 1 bolt or screw. We get water softener salt and they always load it for you. When your a home owner that is not really handy the service means the world. I always try there first. I have had them order things for me also and have in some cases better prices than the super big stores. This is the kind of business that needs to be supported.
