When I called I spoke to Mr. Seth and he was very nice. I explained what happen to by bushes done by another company. I almost was in tears when I told him. He made a appointment to come out to my home the next day. He came out and checked out my property and the damage that was done from the other company. I told him we were having family and friend over the weekend and he came out early Saturday afternoon to work on my yard. After he was finish I was so happy. His team mulched, trimmed, smooth out dirt around the pool and also put straw and seeds so that grass could grow around out pool. Another that was suppose to do the seeding and dirt drop the ball on us. My bushes is back to normal and I have grass next to the pool not more tracking mud in the house and on the deck. Upon arrival, there was one worker who was smoking a cigarette. This kind of thing never bothers me for those who do smoke, but on the job and at my house, no thank you. They clean my pond quickly and efficiently. It wasn't perfect and there was definitely algae build up left behind here and there, but I was overall satisfied. The workers weren't rude, just not very friendly or charismatic. They let me know on their way out to wait until the pond was refilled with water to plug my pump back in. I thought that was odd... isn't that what I hired you to do? Why am I finishing off the job? Upon plugging my pump back in, I noticed a tube of running water was disconnected from my pump and laying outside of the pond and running into my landscaping. I called back multiple times and demanded a worker return to fix their mistake. The secretary informed me that someone would be out the following morning. No one showed up until the evening. They also cleaned our pond in the spring and did a great job there as well.
