They have an ice cold beer cave in the back of the shop, a gentleman restocking in the area was very friendly, showed me local craft beer as well as beer from other areas of Tennessee and nearby North Carolina. He also showed me an aisle in the store where the beer was not refrigerated for easy transport and also the beer he was restocking. Once I came up to the counter, there was a whiskey tasting going on and a group of people stocking up for the weekend. Happy Hour Wine and Liquor is worth a trip when you're in Cookeville, TN.

By far the best liquor store around. The lighting is welcoming, the staff will offer informed recommendations, and Andy is a great stand-up guy.
