The response I received here is a sampling of the tense tone and gaslighting you will see in their various responses to any unfavorable reviews. It's worth a look. There have still not been responses to my two emails inquiring why, six days later, the UPS status says "We do not have your package" as noted below in the picture. The only emails I received were of the order being received and processed within an hour or so after ordering, and then a less-than-professional email upset about my 1 star review. Nothing in between. The owners of this business have a lot to learn about how to treat and respond to customers. My experience and their response to me is small potatoes compared to the snide and tactless responses others have received on Google Reviews and here on Yelp.
