Paid that payment in full prior to procedure. 8 months later received an additional bill for a $1000 with no clear communication for the additional amount. When questioned I was told I would receive a call from the managing DR never called back. I tried several times in total 5x to reach Kelly to resolve with no callbacks. Kelly assured me the managing DR would call me back more than a couple of times. When I called last the lady at the office laughed and hung up on me!!!!!! Stay away from this office they are shady & over charge for procedures!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They don't care about patient DR relationship just about lining their pockets.

The thing I most enjoyed about my visit with Doctor Ryan is how he wasn't pushy for me to get all this work done. He told me what my issues were and what would need to be done to fix it. He then worked hard to get it all done in one visit so I wouldn't have to reschedule for a return visit to finish the job, which with my work schedule would have been a hassle. I'm a believer in the fact that Dentist visits are important but should be quick, easy, and infrequent (obviously every six months but with no hassle in between). They have TVs with Bluetooth headsets so you can watch a movie while they work on you so it is a nice distraction. They also have blankets if you get cold. Every time I've been at the dentist previously there has always been some level of discomfort, but I was comfortable the whole time at Dr. Matthews' office. Dr. Matthews and his assistant asked multiple times if I was doing okay. When I got my teeth cleaned a couple of weeks ago my hygienist, Kelly, was amazing. She has been there for 30 years! She was so nice and didn't make me feel stupid for not flossing as much as I should. I'm usually terrified of the hygienists because they talk down to you and make you feel bad because you're not as good at brushing your teeth and flossing as you'd like to be. It wasn't like that at all at this office though. Dr Matthews' office also has other great staff. Carrie is very knowledgable with all the insurance stuff and helps you understand the out-of-pocket cost and helps to maximize your insurance. I highly recommend Dr. Matthews.

The staff called and asked if I could be in at 8am. Dr. Capener explained everything to me as he fixed my filling. In less than 12 hours I was fixed! The staff is attentive and Dr. Capener is thorough in both his skill and explanations of the procedure. My family has been going to this dental office for years. I saw Jonathan Greenhalgh and he was very pleasant, friendly, and down-to-earth. He told me all of my options and let me decide how to proceed rather than trying to force unwanted services on me. Unfortunately, I do need to go in for additional work, but with the way it was explained to me, I feel much better about having the procedure done. All the staff I encountered were very friendly, made sure I was comfortable, and made sure I didn't need anything. The building is undergoing some exterior renovations right now, but it's still very nice on the inside. I would definitely recommend this facility.
