We had been long time customers of R & J and had very good service from them for years. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for Loza Landscaping Services. They are totally unprofessional, not returning phone calls and even letters sent about services they promised to provide and never did. They had promised us quotes on a number of jobs and never provided them. When I inquired by phone and then a letter they still did not have the decency to respond. I don't see how I could ever continue working with a company that is this unprofessional.
