They did not refund the fees for a few months after having to call again & again. We put our account on hold but they kept charging us! We called in & they were supposed to stop. . .but didn't!! Took two more phonencalls for them to finallynstop charging us. Today we went to natco at 415 pm & they were closed. Guess closing at 5 pm came early today!!! If your company is open mon-fri till 5, you should be open till 5! If you call in with a landline or internet problem, its never their fault. The person who answers the phone is professional & courteous - and works to ensure my issue is resolved timely.
