While the rec center was really nice, the staff was terrible and belligerent to me and my kids. The facility closes at 9 pm, but by 8:30 pm, several of the hot tubs / pools had covers on them in prep for staff going home. And then at 8:45 pm, one of the staff members, who was so rude to us, started covering up to hot tub that we were occupying, without a word. I said, wait, we're in here, but he didn't care. Stay away! this place is beyond terrible!

The building looks like it have had a recent outside remodel and looks very clean. The inside is also bright and clean. His space looks like it has also had a very recent update in wall paint and new carpet. The only down side I can see is there is no elevator to the second floor. But four different sets of stairs for access. Rent includes janitorial services daily.

There is a nice mailroom and lobby and a technology lock system. We have always received our deliveries with no problem. It was so awesome that the office contacted us even though we searched for over an hour after we lost our cell phone in the building. We are lucky to be in a safe and courteous building. There have been issues relating to the snow and rain in Reno that everyone is experiencing. Being on a higher floor is more logical.

The two salespeople were helping other customers so we waited patiently. One of them was actively helping a customer and the other was having a personal conversation. Neither bothered to even acknowledge our presence or let us know they would be with us when they were done. We stood there awkwardly and finally just left. Their sister store Cabin Fever has a similar salesperson vibe.
