I usually plan our family's vacations, but having Beth coordinate our recent trip to Orlando was a fantastic experience--at no extra cost! When I found cheap airfare to Orlando we decided to take a last minute family vacation over the holidays. I knew I didn't have the time to do adequate research so was considering working with a travel agent. We wanted to go to both Disney and Universal and Beth assured me that although she is a Disney travel agent, she could also help us with the Universal portion of our trip. I am so glad I decided to work with Beth! She was so knowledgeable about all the parks, accommodation options, dining and just getting around. She made reservations for us, gave great recommendations to help plan our days and checked in with us throughout the trip. She also had great tips on how to manage given that we were traveling at a very busy time. She even made sure we got some special treatment for a birthday.
