If there are things that should not be loaded, put them in a corner, put up caution tape, and put a chair in front of it. Then sit in that chair and let them work their magic. It is astonishing to watch them work. We had them load moving crates, and then had the crates shipped separately, and arranged separate movers on the far end--honestly, it would've been a lot easier to just get the full service all the way through, and the price would've been much the same in the end. I say go whole hog and relatively stress-free.

So, when I bought a bed frame, dresser, nightstand that needed assembled and bought a 75" and 50" TV's that needed to be opened have the feet attached on the bottom and placed where needed. I called to see if this was a service the company provided. I was advised yes, crew showed up today, and they did not know what they were doing, I should have stopped them after 2 hours, but I thought there's a lot of parts, it will take awhile. Long story short, they completed putting the bed frame together, placed the mattress on it, assembled the nightstand, and couldn't figure out how to finish assembling the dresser, mind you after 5 hours of work, then took the 50" box TV upstairs and the other person, didn't even open the 75" TV, he just placed the box on the TV stand. That was it, they decided they were done, and I didn't want them to open the TV boxes as I was afraid they would damage them. After they left, I looked at the nightstand, and it wasn't even put together properly, the backing was placed on backwards, and the drawer had a huge gap, they obviously didn't try to see if the drawer fit properly. I was charged $878.00. I called the company after they left because I was so upset at what I paid and didn't even get the work done, and what was done was done wrong. They refused to give me any refund, or even meet me halfway on the price. The furniture was the type that once you screw in the pieces they lock, so I couldn't unscrew anything to try and fix their mistakes. Now the items are sitting in my junk pile to be picked up Sunday with my boxes. I paid over $600.00 for the furniture, over $878.00 for assembly that wasn't done, and now the items are going to the dump. So, I'm out over $1400.00 and have nothing to show for it. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY TO ASSEMBLE FURNITURE. These guys, should had said they couldn't do the job after 1-2 hours in, and I even checked on them a couple of times to see if they were ok. I am so upset, this is horrible customer service, I will never use this company, they should stand by their word, and if they say they can do something they should do it, and if they can't or damage the items, they should reimburse a customer.

I contacted on Tuesday and by Wednesday 11 a.m., the mover had agreed in writing to come Thursday morning early for our small job. I wrote around 6 p.m. to confirm the exact time only to discover the mover wasn't coming. No notice and no explanation for why he hadn't contacted me other than to say he'd been busy that afternoon. Then it got weird. When I asked how he could cancel last minute like this with no explanation and no notice, he tried to gaslight me by saying it was my fault for booking last minute. There was no mention of this being too last minute when he'd agreed to do the move earlier. Also, super ironic for a company called "Anytime Anywhere"! Not sure what changed in the time since we'd talked. Our job was small and now he had a very early big move the next day. Maybe our booking so late bothered him so much he couldn't take it, and he'd decided to teach us a life lesson about planning by being a no-show. :D Not sure...in any case, see the screenshots and judge for yourself if you would trust this company with your business.
