I couldn't make my payment the…read morefirst of the month because I was out of the country and the week I make the payment they did not change the lock back to the one it used to have ( since when you don't make a payment on time they lock you out until you pay) and it completely locked me out when I needed to get in on a weekend, because I needed my stuff for Monday for an Army Training Exercise. Tried calling on Saturday and they said they'd return my call which of course they never did and Sunday they kept me waiting hours and hours saying they'd leave the Manager and 2 maintainers that are supposed to help with this issues a voicemail and I needed to wait for them to reply, which of course they wouldn't because its Sunday. Very poor in response time. The lady on the EMERGENCY telephone line doesn't show the appropriate concern for the costumer. Pretty much got in a whole lot of trouble for not having my equipment with my chain of command because of this company's poor service.

After a few months of not accessing my storage I show up and there are rat feces everywhere. I asked the manager if she was aware and she said yes, they had a tenant in the 100's building who brought an infestation with him. The appropriate thing would have been to inform the tenants. I'm sure they are quick to reach out for payments, should be the same when there is an issue on their end. I cleared out and went down the street to Extra Space Storage. Bigger unit for better price and a clean facility.

There are U-haul trucks you can rent. MARY is always helpful. They answer all my questions. They let me stay in their tv waiting area with magazines and comfortable chairs, and use their phone when I locked myself out of the car. They checked on me to make sure I was all right, and gave me water to drink. The man who keeps the grounds knows what he is doing.
