Stay far far away from this storage facility! They do not communicate with you at all through email or phone. They tell you someone will respond when they do not. They up your prices every three months with 3 days notice! Don't do it! Also don't believe the positive reviews. They require you to write a review in order to get the first month or two at the discounted rate they are offering online. False advertising! read more

I came into town not expecting to have to get a storage unit, with the unfortunate events of covid19 I had to quickly find a place to store my household items. Toi jumped through hoops to make sure I could get a unit to hold my stuff within 5 mins without any issues. The storage unit is in a secure location and a nice area. Initially, I was very happy with Kendall at this US Storage location. She helped us get set up and it was an easy process. Not sure what happened after that but fair warning to stay away from this place. I called yesterday morning and spoke to Kendall and was told she would call me back. I've called about 20x since then and she never answers the phone. It's going on two days later after me calling and it going to headquarters every time they say she is the manager and the only one to help me.. we'll, she's doing a great job then huh. Finally she calls me back with pure attitude and tells me how she has gotten all of my complaints, she was not bothered or apologetic in the least bit. Great choice of manager they have here. I will never use this storage facility again. If you drive by, she's usually outside smoking so don't expect her to answer or return calls. so between that, her nasty attitude, past due notices for accounts that were closed weeks prior- STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! read more

FRAUD ALERT JAN 2020.... Paid in Full In Advance for 2.5 months total for a mid size unit while home is undergoing a small remodelIng job over the holidays. Intentionally, did not authorize US STORAGE to further debit my credit card account for any reason. ( I still possess the Pre authorization document that I refused to sign.) Received a FRAUD ALERT from my bank informing me of the erroneous charge. Called US Storage to clarify, received run around that I did authorize them access and when that claim didn't pan out she stated additional fees where being imposed. (Without Notification or Clarification). Informed attendant to reverse the bogus charge. Attendant stated her District Manager had to address the issue and most likely would not issue a refund. I IMMEDIATELY FILED A FRAUD CASE with the bank. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AND FRANCHISE AT ALL COST. Happy New Year! read more

0 Stars. The facility itself is much like your common storage company, you wouldn't be lacking in any need "storage" wise persay. With that, the units are not climate controlled and the spray "insulation" (the fluffy fibrous filling in between units and roof) continually sprinkles down especially during windy days. I expected heat and insulation issues and have little to disagree with in regards to those two specific areas, cheap rates equal cheap product. (you must cover your stained or painted items though because the filling erodes at the finish). My concern and provocation for this review is due to lack of properly managed accounts, owed refunded, and seemingly indifference to customers needs. I moved out in February and was owed an $84.00 overage. I have screen shots of my phone calls requesting this refund (4 total) , the signed receipt that I am owed the refund, and 4 promises of "we are taking care of this now" from the office staff at the Killeen TX office. It is June 20th and NO REFUND but I do still have the emails asking me to post a review about my experience, so here it is. If you need short term storage and can pay cash monthly this is the place. If you want to feel like a valued customer, keep looking. Update. Refund has arrived. I appreciate that immensely. read more

RATS DESTROYED many of my good belongings while stored here. 3yr old Washer, expensive mattress set, leather and fabric sofas, ... Insurance I purchased when renting the unit offered me $500 - their max for rat infestation. I used to have nice things. The movers really didn't want to touch my stuff. Neither do I. read more

I was already a customer of Triple A before it was taken over by US Storage Centers. Although there have been a few hiccups with the new transition, I would say that they are doing as well as can be expected. However I do feel that more communication with the tenants is needed as far as notifying us of any changes that are necessary for us to know. Despite that, I am exceptionally pleased with the service that I receive from Ms. Laqueeta Humes. Anytime I've had an issue she's been there to get it resolved. She's very personable and knowledgeable of her job. I appreciate thtime and patience to make sure she provides excellent customer service. read more
