We were beyond thrilled with all aspects of our move, from the initial "Guaranteed Not to Exceed"…read moreestimate (the only company of seven to give us something other than an estimate that could go up significantly), to the final move into our storage unit 4 hours away. Jose, Walter and Joel packed out our 3100 sq foot house in just about five hours, and they couldn't have been friendlier, more professional, or more accommodating while they were doing it. We had a color-coded system in place, and they not only picked up on it immediately, they enthusiastically supported it throughout the evolution. We didn't have many requests, but those we did they responded to happily. They were extremely careful with all our belongings, and they left the house in great shape despite the obvious disruption. The next day, Jose, Joel and Gene (Jean?) came to load our HHG into the truck. They were done in exactly two hours! WAY quicker than we would have guessed. We hit Jose with a last-minute request to allow us to affix inventory numbers to all the boxes, and he happily accommodated the request, altering the order of goods going into the truck to allow us time to finish our inventory. Again, the three gentlemen could not have been more professional as they carried out their responsibilities. Jose made sure we had his number and he reviewed the plans for drop off to our storage unit the following day, so there would be no surprises ... which we REALLY appreciated. The unloading process was flawless too. I was active duty military for 33 years, and this is move number 12 for us ... so we've had some experience with this maneuver. This has been the absolute BEST all-around experience with a moving crew that we've had! And this is the FIRST one I'm actually paying for, so that's saying something!  I told Jose several times this has been about as stress-free a move as is possible. If I needed to move again in this area, I wouldn't even get several quotes - Ray the Mover gets it, hands down!

Anytime you use a mover get a quote and email contract and shop around for an honest human being this guy is crap! The guy has no care for trust and honesty also charge me the same price for a 1 door down the hall for a 20 min move -10 miles away? Who does that ? More background..First experience is he works with specific assisted living places in cape coral and he charged us 350 to move my dad one door down the hall.. Yes it was high but we needed a move asap ( and I had no time to call around) While moving my dad he took the pow flag off the wall and didn't honor it correctly my dad a veteran was pissed Also the assisted living place highpoint added his moving bill to my bill from them Ps highpoint sucks for veterans they charged us for $$ for my dads free medication and moved my dad illegally Now back to ray the mover who was recommend by highpoint.. He said he move my dad in cape coral from one assisted living place to another and he then backed out an hour before ( after asking him a week before ) he said yes He showed up 3 hours earlier then he said he would and then left sent me a very confusint message saying " text this guy and Venmo him 350" I was panicked so I did He said I only take checks or cash but btw a week early he never asked me with payment to use -- so red flags for sure!! So I called highpoint and asked them to add the move again to my dads bill they said yes called ray back and he said we left and called me a liar (?) and then told me some other persons to Venmo! In reality, the job took twice as long, and I was charged $1,100.25--double the estimate! When I questioned the overcharge, Troy (the owner) explained that they typically recommend three movers for this type of move but only sent two. He claimed that even with a third mover (at a higher hourly rate), the total cost would have been "about the same" because a third person would only save 20 minutes--which makes zero sense. If three movers were recommended, why send only two? And how does an extra mover only save 20 minutes? This company lowballs estimates to get your business, then charges you double. If you want honest, transparent pricing, look elsewhere. Avoid Price Moving at all costs.

There was not a professional mover among the crew, and only the leader had a clue. They broke 5 of the legs on our 6 yr old bedroom set. It now sits directly on floor, making it hard to bend down and open bottom drawers. They also gauged the wood on the side rail of the bed. Our purchased home had a beautiful door which is so chopped up from banging furniture into it along with walls that it has to be sanded and repainted. Pictures were taken by "the kids" and calls made to the office the same day. After 2 1/2 months, of phone calls & emails, we're still fighting for an equitable solution.

After booking with him I saw the many poor reviews and called him back and challenged him. He said he would have his best crew on my move. 2 guys showed up and they simply had little moving experience and the were just unprofessional. I am glad it was a simple move but I would never trust that team with a move with heavy furniture, etc. I was disappointed mostly because I was lied to after trying to make sure I had the right company hired.
