They were friendly and assured me that the items will be loaded and moved safely. They handled the statues with care and carried them to the backyard and placed them where I wanted. The prices for most of the movers that I contacted were pretty similar. What set Moving Hearts apart was that they are veteran owned. On moving day, one of the movers was on time, the other was quite a bit late, but true their word, they didn't charge until both were on the job. Some started charging the moment the truck left their facility. While we had already moved what we could fit into our van, for a two bedroom house, there was still quite a bit of stuff. The movers didn't anticipate the amount and they really should have sent a bigger truck. The move was local - 3.5 miles - one end of Old Monrovia Road to the other. It still took 2 1/2 hours, though some of the time was trying to fit everything into the too small truck. It was hot yet the movers didn't take a break - they worked their butts off. There was absolutely no damage on either end of the move - I've never experienced that, even with the most careful movers. They did a fantastic job. I would hire Moving Hearts again in a heartbeat.

He was very stand offish and acted uninterested in hearing what I had to say. This was not a sales call but to help bring in more revenue for their company. He wouldn't even let me speak before cutting me off and then I heard the phone ring in the background and before I could say anything he goes "gotta call you back " and he hung up on me.
