His ability to interpret laboratory testing and translate it into a usable action plan is stunning. The office is beautiful and a remarkable island away from the chaos of the healthcare system. I highly recommend him.

I have to agree with the previous reviewers that Dr. Glick is THE best doctor that I have ever…read moreseen...and there have been a lot of them! If you have any kind of chronic problem that you haven't been able to figure out, he's the guy that can get to the bottom of it. I can say that with confidence because he's able to put together seemingly disparate pieces of information and ask questions that other doctors would never consider. He's not necessarily going to be able to come up with an answer fast, but he's not going to give up and will also help you figure out new questions to ask yourself about your health. Dr. Glick is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), certified in Functional Medicine that has a membership only practice. Here's what that means: Osteopathic doctors practice all areas of medicine but have special training in your body's musculoskeletal system. DO's focus on prevention and keep more up to date on advances in medical technology. Functional Medicine focuses on adding what the body is missing or lacking (nutrients, vitamins, hormones etc.) and removing what the body doesn't need via detoxification. In a way, it's another level of commitment to looking at the complexity of an individual and their health. Lastly, a Member's Only practice is where you pay to be a part of a practice up front or on a monthly basis. You might not be used to that idea, but first and foremost, Dr. Glick is committing to you as a patient. Secondly, you're not going to get a protocol with suggestions based on "what insurance will pay for." You're going to get a legitimate treatment plan that actually has a good chance of working. His office will bill insurance, but a lot of doctors will never tell you what the best plan of action is, they'll only offer what insurance will pay for, which is almost never the best first choice treatment. Whenever you're dealing with an illness that's a diagnosis of exclusion, you're going to need some patience. That's the only reason I've mentioned that getting well may take some time. Dr. Glick will spend enough time with you so that he really knows who you are, not just knows a few random facts about your life. Because he understands how you look at your life and how you think, he makes recommendations in a way that will make sense and be relevant to you. This is his true genius...understanding how to help you overcome the ways in which you may be sabotaging yourself from a health perspective, without realizing it (but he won't be in your face about it).

I've had the…read moreprivilege of working alongside countless providers throughout my career, and I can honestly say that At Your Doorstep Medical has become the standard by which I compare patient centered care. Our entire family has trusted this practice with our healthcare for several years. Between myself, my daughter, and my husband, we've experienced everything from routine primary care to navigating incredibly complex medical conditions. Through every season, we've been met with compassion, respect, and genuine partnership. Cheyenna Kopacz is truly one of the most compassionate, knowledgeable, and thoughtful Family Nurse Practitioners I have ever had the privilege of knowing. She doesn't just listen to your concerns, she listens to you. She takes the time to understand the whole person, explains her clinical reasoning, welcomes questions, and works collaboratively with both her patients and specialists. As a fellow nurse, I deeply appreciate her evidence based approach while never losing sight of the human side of medicine. One of the greatest gifts Cheyenna has given our family is making us feel seen. She has walked alongside us through chronic illness, difficult diagnoses, celebrations, setbacks, and seasons of uncertainty. She has advocated for us, encouraged us, prayed with us, and never made us feel like we were just another patient. That kind of trust is earned, and she has earned ours completely. What makes me even happier is seeing that same philosophy reflected throughout At Your Doorstep Medical. The culture she has created is evident in every interaction. Every member of the team has treated our family with kindness, professionalism, and compassion. It's clear that patient centered care isn't just something they talk about. It's something they genuinely live every day. Because of the trust we've developed with this practice, I would confidently recommend At Your Doorstep Medical to anyone, from families with young children, to adults managing chronic or complex medical conditions, to my own aging parents. There are very few practices I would say that about. Watching At Your Doorstep Medical grow over the past few years has been such a joy because I know the heart behind it. Congratulations on building a practice that truly reflects the kind of healthcare every patient deserves. Thank you, Cheyenna, and the entire At Your Doorstep Medical team, for the compassion, integrity, and unwavering commitment you've shown our family. You have made an incredible difference in our lives, and we are forever grateful to have found you!

Within minutes of reaching out, I received follow-ups via Facebook Messenger and email, and within 24 hours I was on a call with the owner, who made the program sound incredibly supportive and effective. Based on that experience, I signed up. Unfortunately, things quickly fell apart after that. My actual care was handed off to a nurse practitioner who did not seem familiar with my location (Salt Lake City, Utah), despite the company advertising that they work with Utah patients. She recommended lab locations in Arizona, which was confusing and not helpful. She also mentioned she would send referrals for physical therapy and chiropractic care, but only sent one option that didn't even appear when I searched for it online. Scheduling and communication were even more frustrating. My first appointment started 16 minutes late with no notice or communication. For my second appointment, I waited alone in the Zoom room for 21 minutes before leaving. When I followed up, I was told that appointments are based on Arizona time and that they do not adjust for the patient's time zone--which had never been communicated and contradicted how my first appointment was scheduled. The company also promotes 24/7 support through their Spruce app, but that was not my experience. My first message received what felt like a generic, automated response, and subsequent messages took hours to receive replies--often without any real follow-up or resolution. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. The initial sales process was highly responsive and persuasive, but the actual care, communication, and follow-through did not meet expectations. I ultimately chose to go back to working with a primary care physician, where--even if appointments take longer to schedule--communication is clear, professional, and reliable. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

I began PRP injections for one knee and StemWave therapy for both knees in an attempt to hold off surgery. I honestly didn't expect positive results, but felt the need to try something. I'm glad I did. After a few weeks there was a noticeable decrease in swelling in the knee having PRP and a drop in pain in both knees from StemWave. I'm hoping the effects last. Time will tell. I'm also being seen for help with weight loss, which will hopefully add to the knee relief. That's also heading the right direction so far. The experience in the office is always great. I'm a generally healthy person with no complaints who is on a couple long-term maintenance medications for stable conditions. Not only did they require multiple appointments for simple prescription refills, but they then coded these visits as high-complexity - despite the fact that I didn't request them, I had no complaints, and all I needed was a prescription refill (for frame of reference, my previous provider wrote 12-month prescriptions for the same meds). I was billed $176 for each of the virtual prescription refill appointments. My final appointment there before I called it quits was a 15-minute virtual appointment (again, that the provider requested, not me) where ALL I NEEDED was a refill. The provider herself actually coded it correctly, and the billing team overrode the provider and change the appointment to the high-complexity code. I have worked in medical billing, and these appointments do not meet the requirements of a high-complexity code. They will bill EVERYTHING as high-complexity. So if you're someone with a high-deducible plan, this is NOT the practice for you. (Sidenote - they also admitted to me that their self-pay prices are actually LOWER than my contracted rate with insurance, but they would not give me the self-pay price). I went back and forth with their billing team, telling them I'd be happy to pay the bill when it was the correct amount. They stopped responding to me in February 2025. Today I got a letter from collections. I'm petty so I'll be fighting this until the bitter end and making sure that by the time this is over, they'll have spent more than $176 on collections and paying their billing team to argue with me, but I recommend saving yourself the hassle and just avoiding this practice altogether. (Also I can't wait for the part where I get their auto response to this review telling me how concerned they are and to reach out to discuss. I've already done that multiple times and no one there cares to remedy this situation!)

Dr. Jones is a fantastic physician--attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about his patients. Unfortunately, the rest of the operation has completely fallen apart over the past year, and the experience no longer reflects the high standard of care that once defined this office. The administrative side has become a mess. On multiple occasions, I've arrived for appointments--lab visits and provider visits alike--only to find that staff weren't even on site. No phone call or text to notify me that the appointment needed to be rescheduled. This has happened three times in six months. Between taking time off work, arranging childcare, and driving across town, it's incredibly frustrating and a huge waste of time. What used to feel like a concierge-level practice now feels like an afterthought. The lack of respect for patients' time and the repeated scheduling failures make it impossible to rely on this office for consistent care. I don't know if it's a management issue or fallout from the Amazon acquisition, but either way, this location no longer delivers the quality or professionalism that patients deserve. **update: you will see response below from OneMedical. This is a perfect example of this going downhill. They have all the info they need - why am I wasting MORE of my time regurgitating it to their email inbox. Just acknowledge that you have fallen apart and fix it. My family is leaving the practice - but maybe you can Do better for future patients. **
