Never had a licensed PT attendant again, Foothills uses a bunch of interns to service multiple clients simotaniously. Same 45 minute exercise routine billed at varying rates of up to $390/hr. Don't have basic equipment, borrow pieces from gym next door. Building says Foothills, phone caller ID says Proactive PT, bills come from Metro Phys Therapy. Appear to have a lot of disgruntled employees complaining about minimum wage and hours. Although I highly recommend against using Foothills, get your billing rate in writing and do not allow them to change billing codes on service. If you are using insurance you will likely get billed for various services not covered by your insurance as Foothills adds new billing codes. I paid up to $390/hr, never actually received service from a licensed physical therapist and still can't get them to respond to questions on the erroneous billing codes. I have reported them to my insurance provider for review of their billing practices.

We both agreed that it would be beneficial for me to work with Total Sports Therapy, where I received my post-surgery rehab and had made remarkable progress under the care of Dr. Cory Tatman and his staff. The purpose of these PT visits was to build on the progress I already made under their care, and more importantly to ensure that I was doing things correctly and safely in my new fitness program to avoid potential injury. My six PT sessions with Dr. Cory at Total Sports Therapy accomplished everything I was looking for. They fine tuned my exercise routine, identified problem areas and taught me stretching techniques to use to avoid pain in my quads, glutes and hips. After only 2 visits I'm nearing the end of my treatment and my knee feels like new.
