We hired Imperial Bartenders for our wedding in October. Per our contract, they were supposed to…read morehave 4 people there to work the event. Two of them showed up on time. A third person (who had all of the mixers) arrived over two hours late. There wasn't a fourth person at all. Also, we had a special bottle of wine which was to be served only to the bridal party. This bottle of wine was served to everybody and was finished before my wife and I even knew they were serving it. They also served guests other drinks from our private collection even though they were told repeatedly not to do so. The servers were supposed to walk around serving drinks but they didn't. Also, they ran out of supplies multiple times. They were also not in the previously agreed-upon attire for our wedding. These are just a few of the issues that we had with Imperial Bartenders. We have reached out to Brandon several times via email and phone calls (we left multiple messages in his voice mail) and we have not been able to get a hold of him. Based on this experience with Imperial Bartenders, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
