This Hotel was clean and convenient and a good deal price wise. The online hotel chain webpage encourages guests to register with the addition of the guest's phot ID and information, etc. - promising to speed up check in to just getting the room key at the front desk upon arrival. The actual process was that the front desk attendant, who said she was new and didn't know how to access the information, asked us to repeat all of the same steps that we had done prior to arrival. This made me feel like the system was just gaming us to get more personal info and for reasons that didn't benefit the guest. Who knows. I doubt any nefarious actions were at the root of the behaviors of the front desk. I suppose the hotel chain online presence was attempting to provide convenience. The good intentions in this case failed, resulting in more inconveniences and exposure to the ill managed (even if well intentioned purposes) process of easy registration and check in, as well as poorly trained personnel. Am I upset? No - just annoyed by this aspect of our experience. The breakfast was great and the front desk attendant(s), as well as breakfast attendants were all friendly enough and thoughtful in all the ways one would expect. Thanks for a clean room and good night of rest. The only other things I would note is that the beds were quite firm. The beds were Q U I T E firm - but they were not old and floppy. The location is also noisy - as in road noise, we faced the road and heard the traffic all night long as the background noise during our sleep time. read more

The hotel is kept tidy and overall clean. Room is comfortable. Breakfast is hit and miss. I have been here almost 2 weeks, and this week the egg cheese omelet have been cold. Last week it was spot on. The biscuit and gravy was bland no flavor at all. Staff are professional and cleaning team are great. read more

This is by far the worst La Quinta I have ever stayed at. We stay at La Quintas almost exclusively because they allow us to bring our Lab. While most of the time there isn't a charge because they already have my card for incidentals, this La Quinta does charge a $20 per pet charge regardless. I wish I could say that was my only complaint, but, it gets worse. The night person isn't welcoming and makes you feel like you are a problem if you ask them anything after check in. On our way to Texas from Branson, we were outrunning the COVID-19 shutdowns, but they caught us at this. When we arrived, we were told emphatically that we could not use the pool, they may or may not have breakfast, and asked if we were sure we wanted to stay. I wasn't worried about breakfast and didn't have anywhere else to stay, but we fully intended on swimming. I asked why the pool was closed and she said due to COVID-19. My obvious reply was that if they did any research on the matter, they would know that the virus could not spread in the pool due to chlorine. She said county health officials had mandated it. Frustrated, I checked in and went to our room. On my way to dinner, there were people playing in the pool. My children looked at me devastated at why they didn't get to swim in the pool. I questioned them being there and was told that they were friends of the manager and he said they could swim. Seems wrong. read more

My daughter and I met my parents here for an overnight trip meeting halfway between Missouri and Texas. We were delighted to learn pets can stay free!! We both brought our dogs and were made to feel so welcome. This hotel is so nice and friendly!! The beds are awesome. The rooms are very nice and pretty and clean. Breakfast was very yummy!! I am currently still waiting for my room, it's been over an hour of me waiting for my room to get cleaned. Elizabeth seems to not quite have the customer service thing down yet as all she did was apologize and has been unable to control her cleaning staff to get a single room cleaned in over an hour of waiting. We checked in at around 3:30pm and I am still waiting at the front desk for her to produce a clean room. When asked if there was another room available, she simply said it didn't work that way. Not to mention that I'm sick and would love to be in private right now, but instead have to deal with this incompetence. No more La Quinta for me and my family again! read more

I love La Quinta inns. I prefer to stay at this moderately priced chain. I have stayed at the Comfort Inn also. La Quintas sometimes can be a bit higher priced, but have plenty of outlets for your devices. It really comes in handy when you have to travel with a cpap machine. it was only $6 more to stay here for the night, compared to Comfort Inn. read more

Pretty good. I set the wall thermostat at 73 woke up sweating and dizzy. It flipped to 78! I reset it, and was packing it flipped back to 78! Gatorade and water finally helped after 2 hours driving like that. read more

The hotel looks brand new. The room layout was perfect for my wife, 3 kiddos, and i. The suite was priced way low which is why we initially decided to stay. We had been on a 2 week trip and need to crash early. Jessica did an amazing job taking care of my wife and I's needs as well as putting a smile on my boys face when they saw the freshly baked cookies. I felt like I was at a million dollar hotel. We usually stay at Hilton brand hotels but after the customer service we received and the high quality room we are going to try another la quiinta for our next night. Very clean, excellent staff. We were tired from a day of driving. There was a Steak n Shake nearby, since we weren't in the mood for a sit down meal. We grabbed our food to go and went to the hotel. The lobby was spacious and well kept. It was nice and quiet. Our room was huge! The bathroom was clean and big enough to move around comfortably. Plenty of towels. The TV channels were okay. We did find age appropriate programming for the kids. Nasty! We had other guests come into our room at night while we were sleeping. The general manager had other guests come into our room in the night. He forgot he already occupied the room he said in the morning. There was pieces of dog food bits in the bed and the room had a nasty smell. It was really hard to aleep. The manager had puss oozing out of th e sores on his hands. He was touching bagels in the morning with his BARE hands! We left ASAP and went to Mcdonalds. read more

We went ahead and book a suite thinking it would be worth the little extra money.... Were we wrong. First off, check in went fine and lady was very nice. We get up to our room and there is soda splatter on the wall behind the microwave, gross. My son goes in to take a shower and there is NO shampoo at all and only 2 towels( there is three of us) I called down to the front desk and we had we go and get a extra towel and a little thing of shampoo. This stuff should come in my room!!!! and if forgotten I should not have to go and get it. Then my Husband goes to take a bake, the tub has nice jets in it.... Jets don't work. We called down stairs again and she tells us they have taken all the motors out due to them breaking down... We have all the controls but no jets. Then I go take a shower the water volume was great but no a lot of pressure( I have very long and thick hair) Then BREAKFAST... WOW. Breakfast starts at 7am and ends at 10am. My husband goes down about 715 and eats while myself and son get dressed. He had sausage links, biscuits and sausage gravy, eggs, juice and all the other stuff. When my son and I arrived down for breakfast at 820am( a very respectable time for breakfast) there was NO sausage, NO biscuits, NO gravy, NO apple juice. Only cold cereal left or if you wanted to make a waffle. I can't believe you run out of hot food by 820am and don't bother putting more out since breakfast is going until 10am WOW and we paid for this experience. HORRIBLE read more
