There have consistently been portable toilets and mobile hand washing stations available. Based on the demand and number of workers, there has always been a cleaning and pumping schedule for the company that owns and services these units. I have not encountered a situation like the current one involving Gilbert Environmental porta toilets rental at the Wolf Hollow Power Plant. There have been concerns regarding the cleanliness of the toilets and the functionality of the hand washing stations provided by Gilbert Environmental. The toilet rooms have not been cleaned since the project began on February 20, 2025, and as of March 24, 2025. This situation requires immediate attention for health and hygiene reasons. The project has approximately 150 personnel split into day and night shifts. A call was made to Gilbert Environmental based in Granbury, Texas, but no action was taken regarding our concerns about cleanliness. The soap dispensers at all wash stations are currently inoperative, necessitating the procurement of bottles of liquid soap by the project company to maintain proper hand hygiene for both workers and visitors. Despite the waste tanks of the toilets being pumped, an unpleasant odor persists due to inadequate cleaning of the interior walls and floors of the mobile toilet units. I am not only dissatisfied with the lack of service but also perplexed as to how the company expects not to be cited by state or federal laws and/or nonpayment under these circumstances.

That was me when I made that phone call to Harris aerobic. Ashley answered my call and provided me with her cell phone number to send photos of my aerator that had stopped working so that they could put together a plan for me. I called back a short time later and spoke with Corey. One of the first things she told me was do not panic and she explained that I had time and options. She provided me multiple options and broke down the cost with and without contract prices and reassured me that everything would be fine with my system until we could get the proper part and have it installed. I so appreciate both the kindness and professionalism that both Ashley and Corey provided me. I received a text notice with the photo of my repair person "Matt" prior to his arrival at my home. Matt, you were beyond patient and professional and I so appreciate you taking the time to explain things to me. My system is now up and running, and I cannot tell you what a relief Is knowing that it has been completed properly and professionally. You all are amazing and I cannot thank you enough. They finally got around to completing everything, and during them doing so I realized their machinery had broke a small water line that went out further in my yard. Eventually, I got them to come out and fix what they had broke, and one of their employees attempted to send me an invoice for them coming out to fix what they had broke. Next, come to find that they had also damaged my irrigation system when they were putting in the new septic system. I reached out to Brandon to see what he would like to do about this situation, and received no response. It has been just short of a month now, And I have left multiple voice and text messages for Brandon, but have received no response. I had to pay another company to fix the damage done by B2 Septic. I have also reached out to Brandon in attempts to be Reimbursed for what I was charged for another company to fix the damage B2 Septic caused, and yet again, still have not heard a peep back from him.... This lack of accountability shown by Brandon truly reflects badly on this company, and their unwillingness to communicate with a customer who has complaints about damaged property caused by B2 Septic shows what kind of business they are and the depth of their character.
