I was impressed that there was never any 'HIGH PRESSURE TACTICS' to have a new unit installed as my neighbor has experienced with his AC company. The unit is running amazingly well now... perhaps the old motor hadn't been working 'properly' for awhile! I had him check the Freon level and at my request he added some, cautioning that just filling it would only be a temporary thing, if there is a leak... I took the gamble. I was, once again, impressed with the expertise, courtesy, timeliness, and fair pricing of KMP and their technicians, and based on my experience with hot water heater replacement, offset flange replacement in slab(!), and now HVAC service, I highly recommend KMP!
