We got a beautiful hot tub. They explained all features and warranties. Our tub was installed about a month later. We had to wait for electrician completion. The store and salespeople were fine. Where they really stand out is service. We were having an issue with the tub going into protection mode. I called and they scheduled service. We didn't need to be home. We couldn't be happier with the service person. My phone kept breaking up at his name. But he was outstanding. Our repair, it turns out, is an easy one AND under warranty. Although these hot tubs are expensive, they are worth every penny. Very happy with our salt water hot tub purchase.

I have an above ground pool and have them test my water weekly and they provide a detailed analysis including ideal ranges, where your water lies within those ranges and which chemicals to add to get your water to those ideal conditions. When I say that, they tell you exactly how much to add and the timeline for doing so. My pool water is always crystal clear after I follow their instructions. Amy writes on each package which step it is, how much to add and when to do so. They literally make it idiot-proof. I have moved since first using them and while there are other companies that are closer to me now I am quite picky and drive an hour round trip because I trust them dearly. And you might find inferior products cheaper online or in box stores but for me I'd rather pay for quality and expertise. Like my mom says, you get what you pay for. Amy even opened the box of a new pump I bought from them and began the assembly and drew diagrams for me to finish it at home. What service!!! Customer for life.

AT Plumbing also had a fee, but it was much more reasonable. Patrick showed up within a few days, right on time, and got straight to work. He kept me updated throughout, called to explain everything in detail, and provided an invoice with a clear breakdown of the work done. I had a job scheduled with this company 9/22/24 in the amount of, $6,338.17. Sept 19, 2024 the…read moreoffice sent me a contract in an email that requested a pay the deposit of $2,112. The contract also stated that if I paid cash for the whole job I'd save $347.46. I like saving money so I sent the required deposit of, $2,112 using my, ATM card which is considered cash. Shortly after a Mainely Plumbing staff member emailed me stating "the atm card does not qualify me for the above discount". I wrote back that the atm card is cash, it's not a credit card. The employee stated back "an atm card acts like a credit card and they get charged a fee for the transaction". I went to my bank and they stated "there is no transaction charge to a business when they receive payments via ATM cards". Mainely Plumbing insisted otherwise so I cancelled the job on the same day I received the contract 9/19/24 and requested they return my deposit. I sent two emails since I had cancelled asking "when should I be expecting the refund" and no one has replied. As of 9/30/24 I still have not received my deposit back and I've had to file a complaint with my bank.

She will not be calling them again. She's 77 years old and doesn't need this crap. Do not recommend. 145.00 wasted.
