The scrape portion was hit or miss and parts of my foot and hers was incomplete and massage of legs felt phoned in... I would've left this at a 2, but it was my friends birthday and the tech working on her sloshed water and the jelly bath substance all into her leather/suede Birkenstocks, completely destroying a nearly $200 pair of shoes. We understand that accidents happen, but there was no sincerity or offer to reduce price or make it better. Wasn't looking for a handout, but we tried working with tech and manager and they just stared at us as we left with this poor memory. Will not be returning.

The sweet lady apologized a million times and I told her it was okay. However, it wasn't the fact that I got hurt that I've decided to no longer come here but the fact that they didn't offer a discount when checking out. I figured since they know me and seen me come for years that they would on their own as a courtesy. I didn't say anything to see if they would but seeing that they didn't is why I will no longer come here. Being serviced by 3 ladies you would think someone would say something. Janette greeted me as soon as I walked in and attended to my request. She is awesome!! I almost went to sleep in the plush massage chair while she massaged my legs. They have several services - manicures, pedicures, waxing, and lashes. They must also serve espresso because they have that set up behind the nail bar. (A small bottle of water would have been nice.) I don't know I they have type of points system for discounts with repeat visits. They don't have an over abundance of colors to choose from; only 2 pages of examples in 2 different books. I guess that can be good or bad, depending on your preferences. You can also always bring your own. I will definitely go back for another pedicure, purely for the relaxation of the experience.
