Best nail place in Winston! As someone who sees getting my nails done as a luxury service, this place checks off the boxes. Relaxing clean atmosphere, plenty of space between customers (unless they're a bit busy), no pressure to talk to the techs unless needed, and even snacks (fresh plate of fruit & chips) and beverages for a pick me up. Most importantly for me though is how they don't nick or do excessive cuticle and skin trimming - I have eczema and the techs have been patient and willing to work with me. Retention has been standard 2-3 weeks with no chipping or other issues for gel full set. The one thing I'd like to call out is during peak hours sometimes you will have to wait 20 mins (even with appt), so it's strongly suggested you try to call in for an appt during those busy hours. Pricing runs about equal to other nail places in area. My gel fill ins are $50 + $5 for shape. They also offer a membership option where you can rack up points in exchange for money off of services. 10/10!! read more

While visiting in town this place was a referral suggestion. Upon entering I was greeted and asked to select a color for my pedicure. The lady then seated me and declined my request to soak for a while. They brought me fruit and a request glass of wine. "If you are giving these options at least give time to enjoy." The massage chair is fire! The services were great and worth my trip. Did a great job on my toes. Pricing was a bit confusing cause I asked for a $48 service and was charged $63. Which did not include the tip. So I think they up-charge me. That is the only concern. read more

Writing this as the supportive spouse who comes along and pays, because I'm perfectly happy with my natural nails! First time here, and I am very impressed with how appealing it is on first impression. Brightly lit, calm music, and most importantly for me, no smell! Most nail salons have a nauseating level of chemical smell when you walk in, and that was absent here. Eyes closed, I might not have guessed where I was at. They have a wide variety of services, and my wife was happy with the "Hard Gel" option as an alternative to SNS. We walked in without an appointment and were taken care of immediately. Staff were friendly and helpful. Real surprising twist here: they served fresh fruit and drinks to the customers! (And even gave some fruit to me patiently waiting in the corner!) I would like to see a bit more hygiene focus. I didn't see much hand washing from staff, and work surfaces didn't seem to be getting cleaned between clients (concerning since there is so much nail dust from the filing.) I loved this nail salon so much. Let's start with the great price for the quality of service. I walked into a very bright and well decorated space greeted with excellent customer service. I loved hearing the music in the background which was very diverse. I ended up getting a gel x full set and a deluxe pedicure. I love how they bring you a choice of beverage such as wine, soda, water. I have never been to a salon that gives you a plate of fruit though. That makes this nail salon unique. my mom and I have been trying to find a good spot to get pedicures, so we decided to give this place a try today and we regret it. since we are trying out new spots we just get the basic to see if we like the salon before we spend more money, but we also get gel. well idk if it was a bad day or what, but that is probably one of the worst pedicures I've had in a while. she rushed through everything and broke my pinky toe nail almost completely in half with the drill because it slid of my nail and clipped the side. she didn't tell me right away, but when she did I told her not to put anything on it so it could heal. she decided she was gonna glue it back which she basically glued it to my skin and then painted over it. i know accidents happen, so I didn't say anything, but if they didn't rush and took their time it probably wouldn't of happened. she barely massaged and she literally put the scrub on and wiped over it then washed it off. she also didn't get my dead skin off my feet, which is crazy when I'm paying $30 something for a 15 minute nail trim. I also get gel, which they charged an extra like $15 for. I just wanted to leave this review one because if you don't like paying for services that you don't feel like you are getting your moneys worth out of you might not want to come here. two because she just glued my nail back to my nail bed and if I get an infection or something crazy then this is my proof. I can't see my nail because she put the gel on it, so we will see when I go to get them redone. I never leave reviews, but I feel like I wasted money and getting my toes done is suppose to be a relaxing mom break for me which I didn't get. my toe has been hurting all day and she didn't say sorry or anything just to add that in there as well. i wont be back. read more

Just went here for the first time! All of the staff were very friendly and very punctual. They offered massage after our pedicure was done (tho we did decline) Offered a fruit tray and refreshments, COLD WINE OFFERED!!! (All the places I've gone to have only had room temp wine) We were in and out in under an hour. The place was extremely clean and well kept. They offer a rewards program with a physical card. Sanitation- staff used old emery board from another client. Nail tech stopped my service to go do eye brow wax for another client and don't wash her hands. Then came back to finish my nails without washing her hands. Served watermelon and grapes to clients to consume with hands. Nice gesture but there is dead skill / dust /toxins from nails : feet being filed flying around in the air and possibly settling on the food. Quality of service: Polish was old and milky. I am honestly really upset. I have come to this nail salon multiple times and have gotten acrylic done from them many times. to make a long story short, I typically get SNS on my natural nails. In the past I have gotten gel X which I hated so I stuck to SNS. Today I decided to get French tip on acrylic which I have gotten done before....i have pictures for reference. I was charged 60$(55 with coupon) for my nails outside of tip when I had gotten French tip in the past from them. I showed her exactly what I wanted which was a very similar picture with French tip and sofi quoted me that it would be the same price as gel X so I agreed. I go to check out and AFTER A 5$ DISCOUNT it was 85$. the receipt breakdown was 5$ for the shape, 5$ for the SNS take off, 15$ for French tip??? I am really upset because I have never had this type of experience at a nail salon and sofi did not try to figure anything out for me. I am a service provider myself and I see a lot of fault just in this situation. Most of my friends go here which is why I started coming but this will be my last time coming here as well as all of my friends. Never again!! I came here because my normal shop was closed and I have an event tomorrow. Beautiful shop and the service was actually good. Buttttt they nickel and dime you for everything! I get gel-x and they charged me $5 for take off that's part of the process!! It has to happen every time if the service is done right. Then they charged $15 for gel polish and another $15 for French and $10 nor chrome. Thats insane! And they keep offering you things but not telling you the price, they offer as if it's just an option. I paid them and I'm not even cheap but I've been getting this same service for so long I know the process and normal charges. My normal shop is in the same area, size, and styling. This ain't it!
