Update: I would also like to mention that after 2 different employees filed my nails within 3 days - when I got the fill-in with Mike then returned 3 days later for the broken nail - they filed them extremely uneven to where I have so many hangnails. Although the tips have been removed, it feels like I have a super thick and heavy layer of acrylic on all of my finger nails. One hangnail is so bad it's now red and sore and filled with puss. I've never had this problem before and I will dispute the entire charge for such terrible service. I know the prices may seem reasonable, but please save yourself the time and money. What a fantastic experience here! My 3 friends and I all came in for pedicures, and we had all asked for either the classic or deluxe pedicures. Everyone there was so welcoming and kind. One of my friends hadn't had a pedicure before and his technician made him feel comfortable and answered his questions whenever he had them. Also, the spa pedicure packages were cheaper than I'm used to seeing from other places but they were definitely better! Oh my gosh we all felt amazing by the end. Biggest pro tip: add paraffin wax to whichever spa pedicure package! An extra $5 for baby smooth feet is definitely worth it. I have been to MANY nail salons all around North Carolina but the nail technicians here are unique. They mostly talked to us rather than each other and we were able to hold conversations with them despite the language barrier. They made recommendations as to where we should go next for dinner also! This nail salon is now my go-to place in Greensboro! I need a mani and pedi, so I decided to try here. The pedicure was ok...not fantastic. The manicure was absolutely awful. She clipped my cuticle so deep, that it just kept dripping blood!! I went here today to get an SNS full set for my birthday and it's terrible. I got a coffin shape and all of my nails are completely uneven and look terrible. They have no idea have to do SNS correctly and had to fix my nails 2 times and they are still peeling up. When I asked for a discount she said all she could do would be %10 off a $48 bill. My nails are peeling up and are textured. They are not smooth and I had to wait for them to dry which is not normal for SNS. I will NEVER come back here ever again. The manager was unfriendly and unhelpful. I am very disappointed with the service and management here. read more

Found my new nail salon. Just moved here from South Florida, and have had some not-so-great experiences at salons back home (all of which are documented as reviews on Yelp). I am incredibly picky; salons have to be clean, technicians need to be pleasant and knowledgeable ... oh, and did I mention clean?? I walked in the door and a gentleman who a huge smile greeted me, and asked how he could help me. He was so friendly, and when I explained that I wanted a gel manicure, he pleasantly tried to upsell a pedicure (he couldn't have been nicer when I said no), and pointed out the chair. I sat with Leanne; she's so sweet, and was able to make my neglected nails look great again. I had a couple of cuts on my nail bed prior to arriving, and she was sweet, making sure not to hurt me further. I love that she took the instruments right out of the autoclave. Clean! Here's the kicker; the woman next to me was getting a manicure, following a pedicure and an eyebrow wax. The nail technician gave her a neck and shoulder massage, which I thought was nice considering that she paid for so many services. After my manicure, Leanne gave me the same neck and shoulder massage ... what a great way to end a service! I will definitely be back! read more

Came here for a walk in was immediately greeted and by the time I picked out my color, my chair was ready for me. I got a basic pedicure & gel manicure, and eyebrow waxing. Mina did my pedicure and manicure and she was so meticulous and very nice to talk to. Even though she has other customers waiting she did not want to do a bad job on mine. I just moved to Greensboro and needed a pedicure and some relaxation time. Tina was my pedicurist, and she was very sweet. She helped me relax and didn't over talk. However, the reason for the three stars Is because there was a young woman there who was working (I believe her name was Christy)and was very loud. She talked about picking nose a coworkers nose for him. She was extremely personable but stole the relaxing atmosphere away from the patrons. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes I have to wait 30-45 minutes after my arrival for someone to start doing my nails when I've made an appointment. This place is nothing to rave about but it's close to home and open on Sunday. If going on a Sunday, be there when they open or be asked to return in a few hours. Huge plus is that it is always clean. The pedicure tubs are wrapped in plastic after each use, which is greatly appreciated. And I am always offered water before my pedicure begins. The hot stone massage with the basic pedicure is a very nice touch. The manicures are just okay. They don't go through the effort of making sure my natural nails are all all cut and shaped the same. And a big turnoff for me is that nobody seems to be able to do the simple designs I request and they seem really put-out and bothered when I ask for them. read more
