The stylists were so compassionate & dedicated to creating results even with the breakage I've had. The salon itself feels very high-end & cozy. They offer complimentary drinks & shoulder massages. Melted my hair off! Offered no refunds or treatment plans! Beware…read more Horrible experience. I needed just the top of my head done and the stylist bleached all of my hair. I trusted her because I had never been to a salon before so I didn't question why she wanted to bleach it all. The top of my head was yellow and the bottom was platinum. I left with the top of my head platinum and the bottom yellow. I've lost 30% of my hair. The back of my head is gummy and other spots are crunchy. If you pull my strands they stretch. *The stylist only talked about herself the entire time. Bad mouthed clients and gossiped. Also mentioned she was related to the owner so I doubt this will be remedied. *Extremely messy and uncomfortable booths. Bleach on my shirt which transferred to my winter coat. When I walked out of here there was still bleach on the back of my lower hair line into my neck. *After bleaching my hair was rinsed with super hot water and blow dried with highest heat setting. *Get this. She didn't even tell me how bad it was. She combed through every strand of my hair in order to dry it (cause my hair will no longer dry naturally due to the damage) The booth was a complete mess. Stuff everywhere. But she made sure to spin me around and put the comb and all my hair that fell out in a drawer. She was hiding it. Didn't tell me about the hair loss. *So then I get a moisturizing treatment with Moroccan oil. Not an actual after bleach treatment with protein or keratin. $20 for some drugstore Moroccan oil. *My hair cut was very rushed and not what I wanted. She repeated several times she had another client waiting. This was a disaster. It was such an easy job as well. The stylist seemed very amateur. This was my first time ever in my life going to a 'professional' for a color. I'm devastated. I'm having to get protein and keratin treatments. Luckily another salon is helping me out and will be doing my touch ups from now on. I'm out $200 plus another $100 trying to fix my hair. There is no fixing though. Have to wait for new growth. Like I said major hair loss.

There were a lot of staff on hand to help us all get ready, and they were so sweet! The decor in the salon is gorgeous, it's very white and clean. They have large windows letting in a lot of natural light, which is wonderful. It doesn't have that dark, cavelike atmosphere that some small salons with no windows have. The salon has a clean and spacious bathroom, a keurig fully stocked with good coffee and fixings, and the stylists were so helpful. They have Kevin Murphy and Moroccan Oil products to offer (love Moroccan oil's argan oil)! They have glo-minerals makeup, which I'm not a fan of, but the ladies that were doing makeup for the bridesmaids and bride were using a large range of professional makeup brands (urban decay, MAC, etc.) Kate did my hair and she did a wonderful job! She did a great job making my fine, straight hair look beautiful and voluminous in the up do that I chose. I showed her a Pinterest picture and she did a great job recreating what I wanted. Renee did a great job with my makeup, I love that she started by asking how I did my makeup every day. When I asked her for extra coverage for my rosacea she did an awesome job making sure that my makeup was on lockdown. The ladies that were doing hair were so friendly and efficient, finishing ahead of schedule in most cases, and doing an excellent job! Renee did such a great job of making the bride feel special, and kept the energy in the room high (even through a three hour beauty session)! I would highly recommend this salon for wedding parties!
