When I called here I spoke with Billie Jo and she totally explained how the service worked with the skin removing all of the dull skin and the peach fuzz hair so that you skin will glow and make up will go on flawlessly with no down time. After speaking with Billie Jo I was more than confident that I wanted her to handle this for me. Considering a blade is involved you better trust the person that is working on your skin. When I arrived at the salon Billie Jo was very welcoming and walked me back to the room to fill out a few forms. After the paperwork, I got under the comfy blanket and Billie Jo started working her magic. I was thinking that I am a good exfoliator so the whole part about getting alot of dead skin off of my face would not happen but I was wrong. Billie Jo removed quite a bit of dead skin and all of the peach fuzz. There was an addition enzyme treatment which was also very nice and smelled wonderful. After the procedure was finished she said just stay laying for a minute and take your time getting up....I'm thinking....getting up, who wants to get up. This place is absolutely awesome and Billie Jo is such a sweetheart. If you make an appointment with her you will love her.

It was a little more than an hour before they were closing. I showed them what I wanted for my nails and said that I assumed I didn't have time for a pedicure. They said that they would be happy to do my nails while I sat in the chair for the pedicure. Tom did a great job on the nails and all while he was standing up! Lan was very creative with my toes. There was powder on my fingernails so we couldn't do the same thing on my toes, but she incorporated some of the color and made a great choice! Their attitude came across as bothered and uninterested. It even felt like perhaps we were treated differently because we chose the regular pedicure instead of a more expensive service. Amy also did not ask my mom if she liked the polish color. I had to ask for it to be changed, and that did not seem to be appreciated. Overall, we did not feel valued, and we will not be returning.

The vibe she had towards me was off despite me being kind, and she was just tossing my hands around trying to be fast with her service. I DO NOT have stage four. I have early stage ONE! It's fantastic news, but my family and I went through unnecessary stress and worry.
