Wow, what a wild experience. Take your business elsewhere folks…read more Had a design consult with Greg well over a month ago, I was to supply him my brand colors and font choices. Did so the next day. Then weeks of unanswered emails, until finally hearing back apologizing and asking to set an appt so he can show me final proofs. Get there, he'd forgotten the appt, needed my help to look up my project on his computer... and nothing done. No final edits, nothing to show me, after an hour round trip for the appt. THEN though, he tried to say "well shouldn't you just know what you want as a business owner" and asked for further deposits if he was going to do any more design work... which was changing fonts, and even that hadn't been done. When I politely offered "hey, I thought I was coming in to pick a final product and book the order, why don't we set an appt for a different day when you've had time to complete the final mockups I thought I was approving"... I was told that was "hostile", blamed further, and told he didn't want my order. So I politely left. When of the most interestingly bad experiences I've ever had with a business.

The head tech, Jordan, even came in during their off hours. My car now looks great. I recommend being clear about your expectations and to make sure the end result is what you want and expect. They seem to care about their customers and I respect that very much. I never felt like they wouldn't hear my concerns. Taylor and Taiai were also very friendly. Just research what you are getting done. Oh and know they will put embossed "Wrap World" Logo on your car too. Again, if you want a local group that will bend over backward to make sure you are happy, give them a try.

I had them design and install a full sign wrap on a 2017 Ford Transit 150 Van. I think the design work was excellent and I've since learned that the installation and the $4,000 price were average at best. The real issue was the thoughtlessness of Lance Carroll who handled my project from start to finish. He didn't acknowledge, confirm, and inform throughout the four day project causing me to miss other scheduled appointments and waste a significant amount of my time. I recommend that you use this company, just don't expect timelines, common courtesies, or even regret when they miss their deadlines ....at least not from Lance Carroll.

Every time I come in she is the only person upfront working as a cashier and an Amazon return returns. Today I witnessed her ask for help multiple times and no one came to help her. She was still quick and asked me about my day and my plans for the weekend. amazing customer service regardless of her being visibly stressed. there were at least 15 people in line for both. I went in this store on a Sunday after looking at the new weekly offers hoping they'd be stocked up with what they advertised. When I arrived right when they opened, I asked the guy with dyed hair in the front and a mask on where I can find a specific item (post it dispenser) and he told me to go to aisle 2 where post its were. I would have appreciated if he actually took me to the item as he was not doing anything but standing there in the first place. I went to look for the post it dispenser only to be greeted with low stocked shelves and not the item I was looking for. I perused around the store and enjoyed adding items to my cart and then took a dispenser to the front cashier (2018359) he tried his best to help me get the post it dispenser I was looking for by looking at the SKU, showing they had it in stock and directed me to the person I already interacted with when I arrived. He walked me to the post its and I asked if he can look in the back. It took about 2-3 minutes and this employee walked right by me to the cashier 2018359 and delivered the post it dispenser. As a customer I would have appreciated if this employee connected with me more by bringing what I asked directly to me instead of acting like I was a bother or nonexistent. I also would have appreciated if this employee actually brought more than just my item out to add more to the shelves in case other customers like me wanted to buy it. This makes the customer experience AND the employee experience more enjoyable because it is efficient to make sure stock is out for customers to get. I surely hope this Staples is receptive to feedback and makes some positive improvements to make customers feel welcome with good interactions so customers want to come back to shop here.

He responded immediately and stopped later the same day to take a look at my yard. I received an estimate quickly (same day). After getting a few more estimates I hired More Life for the project. They were able to start the following week. Throughout the project Jose answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the progress. He made me feel at ease and confident in their work. In addition to installing pavers, they reorganized/installed irrigation for my new yard. The pavers turned out beautiful thanks to More Life Construction!
