I was not impressed with this company or service. I took a project in on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving with a promise of a completion date of the Tuesday after the holiday. When no proof came yesterday. I called; they could not find my project. After waiting on hold for several minutes I was promised a call back. They called back with questions, they could not find my project. I was promised a call back with an update. The call did not come so I called again. They had found my project but the proof and completion date was now changed to the end of the week. I asked for my order to be stopped and I would pick up my project. I took it to another company that can do it in two days. I sure hope you have better luck than I had with this company. read more

Pronto print are the best!!! I wanted a Mosaic photo design for my anniversary.   I went to a lot of places all over the area and nobody was doing that. Came to pronto print and even tho they never done it before, TROY was awesome and agreed to help me . He took the time to download a special program to make a Mosaic ( didn't charge me for it), and to learn how to make it perfectly. He's been in touch me for the whole process and made sure the result will be exactly how I imagine it. I couldn't be more happy and my wife love it!!! Really great experience! I came in with a small printing project that I just didn't have the time to tackle. At other print shops, I've had employees sigh at my requests, or instruct me to it on my own, or charge an astronomical amount for the work. If it's a creative skill set I don't have, I'm more than happy to pay a high rate. But when it's more of a busy-work task, I appreciate not being quoted an insane amount. In this case, my print, cut, and binding was less than $15!! I brought it in around 4pm and it was ready by opening the next day! They have great prices, often two or three times cheaper than their competitors. The printing is high quality, and the friendly staff always helps me tweak and finalize the design to perfection.
