I got one price when I called another when I arrived and a third when I complained. The inconsistency left me a bit weary, don't think I will be back to ship! The copy side is great. Like the machines and computers center. But the FedEx area is a mess! I was impressed with the self serv oversize. Its funny. Most people would say that it is a down side, however, I feel it is great that they just leave you alone and let you do your thing. I have been there for hours without a single employee acknowledging me. Like I said as for shipping they are pretty lame. But FedEx is cheap and reliable even if the counter staff are boneheads. And the Kinkos portion of it is pretty reliable and user friendly. So there you go!

When I arrived, the coordinator had the wrong idea about why I was there. He said, "We talked about this package, right?" I said no, it was a different one. He repeated that he thought I had selected the other package, even after I pulled out my phone and showed him the message confirming what we had actually discussed. Still, no real acknowledgment of the mix-up. Then he told me, "He won't be here until 9," referring to the person I was supposed to meet with. I reminded him we had agreed on 8:30. He asked if I wanted to wait or come back tomorrow. I simply said, "No, I'm going to leave." I had taken time off work for what was supposed to be a quick 20-minute appointment. I don't have the flexibility to just wait around or reschedule on short notice. What frustrated me most was the complete lack of accountability--no sincere apology, no ownership of the mistake, and no effort to make it right. Owning up to an error goes a long way in customer service, and that was completely missing here. I left feeling like my time and business didn't matter to them. Leaving 1 star because the lack of preparation and accountability turned what should've been a simple, exciting meeting into a frustrating waste of time.

Just an all around good spot with friendly, helpful employees…read more I'm kind of a regular there, but needed help today. The app showed they had a product in stock, but I struggled to find it. The manager walked me over, mentioning it's a popular item and that's sometimes online stock isn't accurate. Luckily they were in stock. I mentioned it was cheaper online and he said "No problem, we'll match it at the register." Stoked to find quick help who was quick to offer the better price. It's small things like this that keep me loyal to certain places.
