Dr. Smith and Dr. Gagandeep Kaur are amazing. In two separate occasions they took their time and was thorough with the exam. Gave him a few shots, meds and bland food. He was better in 2 hrs!! I was so impressed with how quickly they helped us and how smoothly everything went. The doctor was amazing and made me feel like my dog was in the best hands. My dog had foxtails and needed surgery as well as an exam and ear cleaning. The entire experience from start to finish was handled with care and professionalism. What really stood out was how affordable it was. Everything including the exam, surgery, medicine, and ear cleaning came out to $544. That kind of pricing makes quality care accessible for regular people and I'm so thankful for that. Highly recommend this place. They truly care and it shows.

Yesterday at midnight Lucky sat on some Mouse Glue and her legs and tail were stuck together. I had to use oil to unstick her. I texted Stanley at midnight and right at 6 am he texted he'll pick her up to wash her. He picked her up and cleaned her up and he did an amazing job & she's so clean again & super happy again! This is what Stanley does and cares so much for our Lucky! Nobody will go above and beyond like Stanley! Way to go! I asked for a BATH prior to pick up. They gave her a bath but also CUT her hair. I am VERY particular about her grooming. It was a horrible cut. Hopefully it will grow back. How dare they cut her hair without my permission? I asked to speak to the owner in an email....never again were my emails returned. Everyone on the team speaks to the dogs in a calm, soothing, gentle voice. I tell all my friends that it reminds me of a day spa for dogs. I can tell my little guy has so much fun here because he eagerly races inside and when I arrive to pick up him at the end of his stay he doesn't frantically leap into my arms like when he's finished at the vet - he is happy to see me but makes it clear that he's not quite ready to go LOL. We've used these services: *The Shab Cab: Super helpful. Kind, compassionate pickups from our home and rides home (this helped when we were inundated with my husband's surgery and didn't have a spare person available to drive him) *Overnight Boarding: Amazing. They sent me lots of photos every day and were super conscientious about following his routine. I can't speak highly enough about the kindness, professionalism, patience, and compassion of this team. They all clearly love animals and I'm so happy and grateful. I also appreciate that they offer exciting and innovative services such as anesthesia-free dental cleanings (which we plan to try soon) and the extended hours for Super Bowl Sunday. Forever fans! I've been bringing my border collie, Percy, to Hana Snowy since he was 1 (he's now almost 7) and I've never seen a dog more excited to get a bath. Percy is normally very picky about the people he's friendly with and he absolutely adores Lily so I think that says a lot. My 1 year old Texas Heeler is also pretty nervous around people but he warmed up to Lily right away. She just has a way with dogs! Lily is also super accommodating schedule wise. As a long-time customer, I usually just call the morning I'd like to bring my dogs in and she always finds a way to squeeze them in. I have an extremely busy work schedule and her flexibility just makes me life so much easier. On top of that, if I'm running late or being held up, she doesn't mind if I leave my dogs with her for longer than normal and she always says they're welcome for however long. Grooming wise, Lily is too notch! My double coated dogs come home smelling amazing and so soft. She usually also trims their nails and brushes their teeth if they need it. And if I ask, she'll trim Percy's feathers so that he doesn't look so burly. I can request sensitive skin shampoo if I think my dogs are having some skin issues and she's always happy to accommodate. I can't recommend this place enough!

Ever time I've gone shopping there I find something new to take home with me. They have everything from records to dishes and decor. The ladies that run the shop are all volunteers and they are each so sweet and helpful! You can also make an offer when it comes to items which is nice too! It used to feel more like a family there. Now, they hardly speak to you, and you just sit there until they take you back. Everything is almost sterile. The emergency vet we saw a couple years ago was a warmer and more caring environment. I like that they have updated the exam rooms and facilities and they use a website that has a booking feature, which is convenient, but they are REALLY expensive. We thought it was expensive after his last wellness exam, but he really needed to get in to see someone, and we thought, "Why not stay where he has been since he was a puppy?" We just took him in for a vet tech appointment to renew his prescription. They said it would be an easy and quick appointment to get labs done. He also needed to do his updated rabies shot. The total was over $500. Even his prescription with them was $70 for a monthly supply of gabapentin. We did that twice before a friend of mine recommended using Chewy instead. We pay $4.80 for a month's supply (60 pills) of the same medication. The vet was nice when we met with her. She was kind to our very shy senior dog, but despite thinking she was great, it isn't enough to keep us at this veterinarian any longer.

They were wonderful. When they changed hands, I knew the new clinic would have big shoes to fill, but I was hopeful. They reopened in late 2025/early 2026 under new management. I am no longer hopeful. On my first visit a couple of months ago, not only was I left waiting for 30 minutes with an anxious dog in a completely empty clinic, but the hard-sell for services that I did not need was, to say the least, aggressive. When I asked what medical indication the vet had for her recommendations, she were not able to give a medically sound reason (she basically said "because I said so."). I decided to give them a second chance today with another vet in the practice. After 20 minutes waiting, again, with an anxious dog, I asked the receptionist when the vet would be in. She checked with the doctor, came in, and said momentarily as she was finishing her notes. I have no problem with that (because doctor), but does it need to be during my appointment time, when she is already late, and there is not a single other client in the building? After another 20 minutes without a word (so we're at 40 total) I got up and left. It was simply unfair to leave my dog in that anxious state. I will not be back. They are 0 for 2. Although the receptionist tried her best, I will also say they have her alone doing the job of what used to take 3 receptionists in the old clinic, so I have no idea how she is managing. Clearly customer service (between the dearth of staff and excessive wait times) is not their priority. I hate leaving negative reviews but I want my vet to care about my pet, not profit. I assume many of you feel the same.

The veterinarian shave the wound and reopened it it was so raw and he applied some kind of hydrogen because it was foaming when he brought her in, he also cut her with the clippers that he trimmed her hair with. Now she's trying to scratch her wound because the fur short and growing back. He had no bedside manner short and abrasive. Now I have to heal her wound back up and keep monitoring it. I will never bring any of my pets here
