They couldn't get our information right they added extra charges for no reason. They charged us two months and we only got a month of coverage.

My daughter is in college and doesn't even live with me and my son has his own home now and can't even get insured with them on his own? Both of our driving records are clean. So I am moving my home insurance as well, elsewhere now - after 30 years - which counts for nothing to this company. Customer loyalty is not valued. Incredibly horrified they would cancel everyone and not just remove my daughter who doesn't even live with me. After researching around I now have found that there are far cheaper rates out there for the same coverages and I have been over-paying for years. I would encourage everyone with State Farm - Jason Cowgill - to look around and switch. You will save money and later heartache. Find a company that values their customers, State Farm - Jason Cowgill is not one of them.
