I have a Tesla and the parts and insurance approval can be difficult at best, but it was all handled by Fix Auto. I have had other experiences with body shops (over 40 years of driving), the communication from Fix Auto far exceeded any other shop I have had experience with! I've never had a bad experience till I came to Tucson and I was warned by my insurance company that they've had bad results with Safelite auto glass so when Safelite auto glass didn't show up, I called their office. They hung up on me seven times and they never showed up for the repairs four days later They tried to show up and do the job. I told them no you no showed me you hung up on me so I went with Shelby auto glass, which is who was originally recommended by my insurance agent. They called me back immediately. They set me up an appointment. They made sure they had the equipment in stock. They worked around my schedule and the guy showed up kind, courteous no mess.
