Here is my review for them: Number one, First off they are connected to jackson's gas station or whatever it's called, Number two they will hassle you and hassle you until you buy a window replacement with them, that's what they do. They sell you windows and they will keep persistent on getting you to say yes and they make a commission which is like $50, Number three the reason why i know this stuff is i tried working here, the biggest red flags i encountered was the super super short-high pressure training, And guess what? You don't get to begin making commission UNTIL your day three, Oh and also forgot, i did make a sale on my day two BUT it was given to my trainer! After all the work i did to talk to the customer to buy, and did the paperwork my trainer informed me MY SALE WAS GOING TO HIM! How ridiculous is that? Pretty sketchy! and the other sales i did, the dispatcher bobby or whatever his name is stole my commission after saying to me "Oh, we will add it to your leaderboard" never saw it! I do not recall how I stumbled on this gem to get my new vehicles windows tinted, but happy I did. From start to finish the service was top notch. I was able to get an appointment booked quickly. I was looking for quality tinting and went with the ceramic tint on the two rear windows and back/hatch window. They had a coupon on their website for $75 off which they happily applied. This company was contracted by Jackson Carwash located at 101 and Bell Rd. They showed up at my wife's work on time and did install and left. As my wife was driving home, she could hear whistle and feel air coming through windshield area. I contacted Tristan Oshrin the sales rep at Jackson's Carwash about issue and then was contacted by Clear View Glass and Tint. A installer showed up to inspect complaint and mentioned the bottom gasket was not installed and he fixed the issue. Please see attached picture of their terrible fix/workmanship. My husband came home with a chip in the windshield of our Honda. We contacted Clear View. Phone: 520-393-8640. They sent a tech to address the problem. When I checked the job, it was worse than before. I contacted the company and spoke with manager Isabel. After much back & forth, she said a tech would come back in a week and that we would be reimbursed the $60 we spent. The tech would bring a cash reimbursement. For some reason she did not wish to send a check. These guys are top notch, from the front desk, installers, to the managers. They recently tinted our son's 2004 Honda Civic perfectly. They offered several options and the pricing was very reasonable. We returned to have a new windshield installed on a 2007 Lexus SUV with a UV tint and sun visor. A couple of days ago a pebble hit my windshield. It left a dime sized crack and rather than let it grow I decided to have it filled. On my way home on the corner of Broadway and wilmot there's a sign advertising $100 with every windshield replacement so I decided to call. The receptionist told me that they fill cracks for free and to come in, they took my car back in minutes. I'm just waiting to get it back. In about 7 minutes the chip was fixed at no charge. I recently took my 2006 Acura TL to Clear View to get old tint removed, plus a full tint job (all 4 passenger windows, the rear glass, a UV kit on the windshield, and a strip at the top of the windshield. I was recommended Clear View by a friend so I gave them a call to get a price quote. The girl I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and was able to give me a substantial discount (for whatever reason, I don't know). I made the phone call on a Thursday and they were able to fit me in the following day. Upon arriving, I noticed the nice waiting room with comfortable chairs and a couch. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions about the tint I was receiving. All in all, the total work took about 4.5 hours. The time spent was no surprise because that's what they told me it would be since I was getting so much work done. Overall I'm very please with the work they did. The tint looks great! It's also nice knowing that the tint comes with a lifetime warranty. I recommend Clear View to anyone that's looking to get a nice professional tint job done to their vehicle. I used to highly recommended this company as they did a great job on multiple vehicles I have owned. Now that I am in the market for residential tint they have completely dropped the ball. I called last Thursday and was told somebody would call me back in five minutes. Never got a call back over the weekend. Today is Monday and I have called twice. The first time I was told yet again someone will call me back. Five hours later no call back so I called a third time. I explained this was my 3rd call and the customer service person really didn't care. She refused to tell me about their products over the phone and insisted I have a meeting in person at my home for a quote. I explained I don't care to waste my time or theirs if they don't have a product that will work for me. I was told the in person quote was the only option. When I told her that wasn't going to happen she said "maybe" her manager could call me back to give me me more information. How about I shop elsewhere? On July 13th, I went in with my Land Rover Discovery and they quoted me $299 + tax for tint. The price would have been $199 but I wanted the two moon roofs tinted so they added $100, which I understood and agreed to. I asked the employee if she was sure the price was accurate since Discoveries have a lot of windows and she said it was. I pointed out the two curved, rectangular windows along the edges of the roof and she again assured me the price was accurate. I set an appointment for July 17th at 8:00 am. I call prior to the appointment to inform them I'd be a little bit late and she said it was fine. I showed up about 20 minutes later than the scheduled time. They give me a bill which matched what they quoted me, plus about $25 because I decided to add a strip on the top of the windshield. A technician inspected the vehicle with me; I gave him the keys and left. I took a Lyft home so they could keep the Discovery over night. I got a call from them about an hour later, telling me that the manager looked over the vehicle and decided to add $200 to the cost due to the rectangular windows along the edge of the roof being considered moon roofs. Their excuse was that the initial employee who quoted me viewed the vehicle from the office window and did not actually go outside to see it. I explained that I specifically mentioned the rectangular windows along the roof and I was assured the first quote was accurate. They refused to honor the price I was quoted. They offered to take $100 off. I declined and took my Discovery down the road to get tinted for $234 + tax. read more

Horrible horrible service. We had them fix our car windshield and they screwed up the camera in the mirror. They said they knew how to recalibrate. bullshit. The guy that fixed this told me he was very new to them and was his first day. We took it to the dealership for Check what was wrong and the guy screwed it up. We back to clear view to let them know and they won't do anything about it. We got a FU from them. Worst service ever. Will never bring any of our cars back to them again. They suck. read more

My mom went to The Specialists to get her new car windows tinted and they damaged her car interior, so I was a little worried about getting this done. I decided to come to Clear View and I showed up on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to squeeze me in to get my car windows tinted. They have a pleasant waiting area where my toddler was able sleep on comfy leather couches! However, within less than 45 minutes, they were back handing me my keys because the work was all done!! He apologized for the experience that we had received previously and was very interested in making sure that we were taken care of. I'd up'd our review to 4 out of 5 only because there was a hiccup in the process (which was taken care of), otherwise this would have been a 5 star review. Absolutely do not recommend. So we have used Clearview glass and tint for both of our vehicles. Every time we had them do it we have always had to take them back up to their location to have them fixed. I don't know why we expected it to be any different by the third time but I was just hoping since time had passed it wouldn't be the same situation. Recently I had my windshield tinted and it was the same situation all over again. It was extremely wavy and had multiple bubbles so it is very clear that they compromise quality for "hurry it up and get it done." After arriving home from them correcting it the second time my husband inspected the tint and noticed there was a scratch on my drivers side door which was not there when I dropped it off. We went through the proper channels and then contacted the location to see if they would be able to fix the scratch. I spoke with the manager and explained the situation and he told me he would call me back after speaking to who was working that day. He called me back today and asked for me to come to the location. Once we arrived he took it back and offered to buff it out and it of course did not and then said that they are not taking responsibility for the scratch which they definatley caused. I personally think there is more to the story otherwise why would he even try to buff it out but that's just my opinion. He then offered future services...absolutely not. I wish they could just be honest about the situation and admit they were at fault. Moral of the story I definitely would not recommend going to clear view I absolutely would recommend going anywhere else. I promise you even if the price is higher with another company there is a reason for that and the quality would be much better not to mention you would be saving yourself a trip back to clearview in the long run. read more

We have used this company twice now for windshield replacement. Both times we have gotten the U.V. film protector and the tinted visor strip. We could not be happier with this company, the windshield has looked great both times and that U.V. protector film is the best! They keep in contact with you about when they will be coming by and call about 30 minutes before they arrive. They have worked on both my car and my husbands Raptor, and did a great job on both. This last time when the tech came out I was at home with my two small kids, he was so friendly to my kids, made the process seamless, and was done quickly. Insurance gave a slightly hard time about not using their contracted provider but let me tell you it is worth the "hassle" of having the insurance company come out to take a few photos of the car in order to use this great company. I will agree with previous reviewers that the window tinting work is worth 5 stars, but the headlight restoration work I also had done looked good until I had the car washed (I waited the requisite amount of time, plus another week, they advised to wait before having it washed). The protective coating was deficient, it "ran", and I ended up having to take the car to another business to have the work done all over again. Also, they have salesmen stationed at Metro Car Wash. These high-pressure insects are all over your car scrutinizing your window glass before you come to a stop. They will try to sell you glass replacement when there's nothing wrong with your glass and you don't need it.. I've expressed my aggravation to Metro Car Wash several times but they allow these obnoxious worms to accost their customers. If you need glass replacement and want the highest quality and best service use Safelite. read more

How does anybody compete with these guys for windshield replacements?!? I was referred here by a co-worker and am very impressed by this company. I called Fernando, he hooked me right up with my insurance company on a 3-way call and scheduled the replacement for the very next day at my work! Jeff called and was able to come out earlier than expected which was even better! I watched while he changed my windshield and he was all done in about 20 minutes. He explained to me what he was doing as he did it and why he did certain things. Overall, I was very pleased with the time it took, the scheduling process, and the professionalism and friendliness of the installer.
