Erick was by far the quickest to reply, his responses were the most professional of the bunch, and his pricing was well defined. He was a little bit more expensive than some of the other quotes that came in, but the quotes I received from other providers were pretty nebulous and seemed to have other strings attached that could potentially drive the price up beyond the quoted price. In any case, I had the dumpster in and out in one day, but Erick did offer the flexibility to keep the dumpster on site for multiple days if needed without driving up the quote, which I appreciated. The drop off and retrieval were both right on time as scheduled by Erick. No issues! PS - If you live in a townhome complex situation where it's hard to see / identify street numbers, I would advise making sure to be on site when the dumpster delivery comes in. If I hadn't been there to direct the driver, the dumpster would have ended up in my neighbor's driveway.
