(It made me think of a milder version of a Cantonese dish with steamed ground pork, water chestnuts and salted fish but less fish flavor). Kam Heong chicken with rice was also tasty. They used white meat which is not my favorite but it wasn't dry. The lemongrass really shines in the dish. I've never had it before any where else so I googled what was in it and ordered it since it sounded good. Has a bit of heat to it too which I always like.
