The service has always been great, fast, accurate, and hot. We got stuck in a traffic jam and they called to make sure we were still coming and kept our food hot for us. There really is no ambiance per se. You go in and the person hands you your already bagged up order, smiles, thanks you, and you're outta there. The lobby is clean, and neat. Me and several friends who are fans of house of taste wish it were in a different location, as being next to Fayetteville high school is both not exactly convenient or that desirable (pretty packed full of young whipper snappers! Some people be treating it like it's a franchise when it's a small and local family owned business. When it comes to the combination of flavors and options, I'd say it's the best in the area! It's not bland or tastes like plastic, and something you'd expect in California or Texas. The rewards system and cute mini gift shop of affordable stationary items and stuffed animals are also what makes this place different from other boba places around town. Sooo cute and affordable!!
