I've been going through tons of stress dealing with the sale of my house. I've needed several cleaners to come through before the final transaction (photos, open houses, and a final move out cleaning) so I've had to hire a few helpful hands to get this done. Out of the 3 house cleaning services I've used during this process, MPL cleaning was by far the best. Kori was on the ball, very good at communicating with me and getting me scheduled fast. They were even accommodating when TPU turned off my power and water before they were supposed to. I can't remember the name of the cleaner who was at my house both days, but I really liked her. I really wanted this cleaning company to work out for us. We hired them for our house and I liked the owner right away. With the first clean I was mostly satisfied. There was a few areas missed but over all, it was done well. The second clean was a disaster. I gave specific orders on what I wanted done. I asked for most the focus to be on my kitchen. It was not they did the complete opposite of what I asked. When I asked the owner to come out and take a look she did not. She called me and after explaining she said that she would have to come fix it herself because it was to much to bring the staff back. She left it at that and never offered to get it fixed. When I mentioned that I would have to re clean the whole kitchen she said ok. I felt it was all very unprofessional and un caring. We used MPL cleaning services for a move-out of our town home. They were extremely fast to reply to my email and the whole process to get them hired and paperwork signed went super smooth. They offered a military discount, which was awesome. The house cleaning itself was great! I think we turned over the townhome in better condition then when we got it. This company "cleans" with Norwex products. We hired them for a move in clean and were not happy at all with the work provided. The house was pretty disgusting and needed a thorough clean. It was as if all areas were just dry wiped and nothing was actually cleaned. The pantry was still covered with food, the floors are still filthy, the handrails on the stairs were still gross. Walls in the bathrooms were not touched with anything more than maybe a dry cloth (there were still cobwebs in every bathroom so I even doubt that). We called them back out but they had so many excuses for why things couldn't be cleaned or what the ability of their Norwex products are that we just sent them on their way. We are out almost $500 and still are spending days actually cleaning the home. read more

Dude, my house has never been so OCD spotless. Kori's staff spent about 8 maid hours cleaning my 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house. And I have 2 dogs. My floors were gleaming and buffed, the lines in the carpet from the vacuum were matched up in designed pattern. My countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, I could see my reflection in. They dusted every square inch of furniture, including every slat of my dining room chairs, my silk plants, all of the furniture, and even that shelf thing that goes over the toilet in the bathroom. My toilet bowls were spotless, stains removed. The hardest job was the shower in the master bath, with a glass door with a track. Ugh, I hate those. They were able to remove almost every spec of mold from the track door that was a gross black color. They removed all of the hard water deposit stains from the glass shower doors. You can actually see through them! My sinks were white porcelain again. I am impressed. It was about $375 for a little over 8 maid hours, so two people were there about 4.25 hours. Seems like a lot, but can you imagine how much time that would have taken me to do? They did a much more thorough job than I would have done. I love how the owner, Kori, will come and do a walk-thru with you to see the size and job, to give you a quote, and everything is in writing. They did a deep clean, and now it would just be maintenance that won't be as time consuming. She also has a 24 hour come back policy, if anything is missed or needs re-done, they will come back, all included. Of course I did not have to use this back-up plan. They were extremely detailed and my house looks better than when it was staged for sale and I bought it! I may even have them come back for maintenance cleaning, as I hate doing floors. I can't compliment them enough on the quality of the job. I was seriously impressed. A+ to the MPL cleaning crew! Thank you! And they are dog friendly! read more

From thanksgiving to Christmas and then some life issues that popped up, haven't been able to get to the house keeping. I called a few places and got a few quotes and MPL gave me the best offer and admittedly, the friendliest estimate I had received. The service I was expecting was so much more than I thought what an initial deep clean would mean. I thought they would just do a more in depth cleaning but they even cleaned the walls of fingerprints and marks. I have kept them on as regular cleaning help and have not been let down. read more

I was very upset as I pulled up to my new rental. As I was pulling in they were leaving, and I believe it was the head cleaning lady, not even saying hi, just started yelling at me about how she would never move into this place and that it was gross. As we walked in, I was asking my self, WTF did they clean... NO windows were wiped down, doors weren't touched, and even though it was vacuumed, they didn't bother taking the hose off the vacuum where the carpet and walls touch. I called my landlord right away, and showed them pictures of how they "cleaned". They called the company right away. It took 3 ladies 1.5 hours and they did nothing! I hired another independent cleaner, and she showed up the next day, took pictures of where these ladies said they cleaned, and showed what she cleaned after them. They even had the balls to throw the trash away in my can and not take it. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN and NEITHER WILL MY LANDLORD! read more
