Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with my storage unit. There was an oil spill from a…read moresurrounding unit that leaked into mine. The employees did help me move all my stuff from one unit to another but that was all that's was done. I was never reimbursed for my damage items. The person was never held responsible for his leak. Due to legal reasons I was never even able to get the persons information. I had renters insurance but it did not include oil spills so I lost all my damage items without replacement.

Security is one thing, but the excessive requirement of access codes makes it hard to get in. You're forced to use their locks for an additional fee. The worst part of the bugs, rats and scorpions. We went in Sat and found lots of rat droppings, a dead rat in our unit, and three scorpions! When we came back on Tuesday, the dead mouse was still in the hall. What good does it do to pay so much for indoor, climate controlled facilities?!
