I called A+Carpet Cleaning last week and they did a wonderful job. In the past, I have gone with the big "brand name" companies, always with "so-so" results. The two young men who arrived to do the work were very knowledgeable and professional. They worked as a team and finished the three bedrooms, two bath areas, a loft, and connecting hallways in two and one-half hours. I can't say enough about this company. They were able to come out the day after I called to stretch the carpeting in three bedrooms and our loft, along with seamlessly patching up three holes in the carpeting (you can't even tell where the holes were)!!! A+ Carpet Care has excellent customer service! I scheduled a week out to clean 2 1/2 rooms and a staircase. I was provided an estimate an a agreed upon appointment time. Today Jorge called an texted before he arrive, and he arrived early. He was courteous, professional, and started to work right away. Our carpets look fantastic! Two dogs, one cat, and four children are tough on any carpet and Jorge brought them back to the condition they were in when we bought the house. I called this place on a Sunday at 8 AM booked a service for 10 AM they got here on time they did what they said they were going to do.They cleaned everything up really good don't waste your time renting a vacuum !!!They cleaned up about 1500 ft.² of carpet in about an hour and a half very pleased with the cleanliness!!! We wanted to have our carpets steam cleaned and our tile floors deep cleaned as well. Read several reviews and decided to call A+ Carpet Cleaning. Jorge, the owner, stated they were available to come out the very next day, prompt service was a definite plus! He stated they would arrive between 11-12. At 10:30 I received a call letting me know they were on their way. Jorge and his son were very courteous and professional, they started working right away. The carpets look fabulous now, and the tile floor looks new, grout looks like it did when we moved into the house. If I could give a higher review I would! Hired A+ for carpet cleaning. I have a double story house with 2 dogs and they did a fantastic job. Deep cleaned high traffic areas and brushed the threads which I haven't seen in any carpet cleaners I've worked with over the years was considering replacing carpet into something easier coz none of the cleaners can clean the high traffic areas but they did a really good job.
