I did get a response then with a time and date, and I scheduled it! I had been looking forward to this facial for too long with my mother! Day came, and the Center was easy to find. The facilities were beautiful and the staff and even other clients were extremely friendly. The facial itself was amazing (you should see the GUNK that gets out of your skin), and the owner was super friendly and apologetic for the scheduling mishap. The one downside is that it can take awhile to get an appointment.
